Clean professional work at the best price I could find in my area. Work completed within time frame quoted. Carlos even went beyond and added some light fixtures I provided at last minute with no additional cost !

Reliable Home Repairs and Renovations turned my condo from a "sale as is" to one of the top selling condos in the Stony Brook II community, they were always easy to contact if needed, they made good decisions that added more value than I ever expected. The work was completed on time with only a couple small changes. Original estimate was met, I also opted for new appliances that were not part of estimate, they were able to find a good deal on these, made a big difference. I made back more than double the price of the remodel on the final sale.
