We had them do a bathroom remodel. The tile work was great. The problem was they would say they were going to show up on a certain day and not show, no communication from Sellers about when they were planning to show up. I would have to call and inquire. The plumber was to show up on a Monday to finish up the job, did not show, on Wednesday I called and was informed he had gone on vacation, and would be back the following week. I ended up hiring another plumber to finish the job. I also had to go buy and finish the molding myself. I never received a call from anyone at Sellers to apologize, I did however receive a bill, which they finally adjusted.

My husband and I are in the early stages of a whole house remodel. I walked into Sellers Tile on Santa Rosa Beach, FL a few weeks ago and was so excited to see their large selection of tile. Deb Peterson, a designer with the store and has been a pure delight to work with. She helped us pick out tile for all of our remodel projects, and when it came to the master bath, she helped figure out a way for us to have the marble wall tile mosaic I fell in love with, while still staying within my budget!!! She has spent hours with us alone. That's FANTASTIC customer service in our book!!!! Thank you Deb and Sellers Tile Distributors!!

Great selection of tiles at this store, I buy quite a bit from them down here in the Columbus, Ga. store, knowledgeable staff that are good at helping the customers I send in for design ideas...

Mission Change

We had flooring replaced in our office space and Seller's did a great job! They were efficient, easy to work with, and the floors look amazing! All of our guests that have visited our office enjoy seeing the transformation of our area and it makes them feel even more connected to our space every time they visit! We love Seller's!

Ordered hardwood floors from Sellers. The product that was delivered was not the same as the sample or my previously installed floors. I was told that the product was the same and simply a different manufacturing run. My independent installer also confirmed that the wood was substantially different. Sellers would not take the product back. Totally dissatisfied. Seller's doesn't stand behind their product. It's a cheap imitation from China.

Workmanship on granite counter top was very good. Backsplash looks good, but on close observation.....tile is not exactly right.....subway tiles don't line up just right. Also, several plain tiles were lined up together and needed some patterned tiles in between. Overall, though, it has a good appearance. I wish the decorator had told me about glass tiles that could have been put with a backsplash to dress it up some. The company has a very good reputation here in Albany, GA. The employees were very nice, but had a hard time getting the tile supervisor to keep an appointment or return phone calls.

Thank you for your review! We are glad you are happy with our products and service. We apologize that the tile is not exactly straight and will be sure to let the contracted tile installer know. We try to only recommend the best tile installers in the area. The tile you selected has a very high variation and it can at times be quite random from tile to tile. Even with that in mind, we will still let the installer know that next time he should mix it up a little more. We hope you will consider us for any projects in the future. Thanks for your business!
