If I could leave zero stars, I would. After taking $100 for her design consultation, all we ever got from Shelley was empty promises for quotes for a condo refresh. This would have included carpeting, LVP, paint and window treatments. He visit was in August 2022. From reading the 5 star comments it seems that if the majority of your project doesn’t involve Hunter Douglas window treatments, then she isn’t interested. It makes one wonder if she truly has other contractors in her back pocket like she claims she does. We ended up getting immediate quotes from other design consultants and will now have our work done in the coming weeks. This is a very poor way to do business.

Shelly did a great job picking out a carpet and paint color for my house. It looks amazing!!! The installers did a great job putting it in and it looks like a brand new house.

We had a wonderful experience with Shelly and sre so happy with our purchases. Shelly was so very helpful and knowledgeable about each product. She gave us a variety of options and was able to guide us to choose the perfect products for each space. She also provided us with several quotes so we could choose the best option for our budget. The ordering process and installation was very fast as well. Can’t say enough good things!

We utilized Shelly Reilly of Shelly's Interior Concepts to recommend, provide and install blinds and shades for our new home. We did the project in 3 stages from November of 2018 through June of 2019. Shelly was a joy to deal with and delivered product and service that was everything we could have hoped for. We used combination of wood blinds and motorized shades on a total of 18 windows and the results are spectacular. We would highly recommend Shelly for your window project.

Following an initial Design consultation appointment, Shelly Reilly’s follow-up was nonexistent. I invited Shelly to my home in February to discuss a main level upgrade. I communicated my likes, dislikes and goals for each room prior to our appointment and during onsite discussion with Shelly. She arrived late for our appointment, although called with notification. I paid, in cash, the fee she requested at the conclusion of our meeting, including compensation for her time pre-appointment. She said she would email me a receipt. I requested budget information for various projects we discussed, explaining that it would be difficult to decide on/proceed with projects without cost consideration given limited budget. The following day, I emailed a meeting Thank You and identified the order in which I would want to complete the projects we discussed. I never received the promised receipt or acknowledgment of my follow-up. One month after the appointment, I emailed Shelly to ask if I should have heard from her with project recommendations, product suggestions, or budget information. She responded immediately with a commitment to get information to me, explaining that she had been out of town for two weeks. I never heard from her again. Three full months following our February consultation, I have not heard from Shelly with products, numbers, timeline or any explanation as to why I did not receive the promised follow-up. Shelly stated she could assist with every main level project we discussed. She said she could complete window treatments in at least four rooms, assist with new carpet and paint throughout the main level, and she measured every room for floor and window treatments. She stated she had electrical and plumbing contractors who could complete a kitchen upgrade and bathroom renovation. Lacking her cost estimates, I assume my project may have cost $10,000 to over $50,000. I wasted time and money by scheduling a first quarter design consultation with Shelly for projects I was genuinely interested in undertaking in 2019. She was aware of lower level renovations that would potentially follow main level upgrades the following year. If you schedule with Shelly Reilly, seek cost, timeline and communication commitments up front. I was left empty-handed following a wasted few hours, more than a few dollars, and multiple “I can do…” statements.

Shelly was fantastic! She helped us pick the perfect window treatments for all the rooms in our house and we are very pleased with the results! She was very responsive and professional - highly recommend!

We are so glad that we asked Shelly to give us an estimate for our blinds for our sliding glass doors. She came out to our house and had some great ideas, and plenty of sample products to look at and she was very helpful giving us all the information we needed to make our decision on which blinds and what colors would look the best. We have used Shelly's Interior Concepts for 3 projects over the last 15 years (the basement re-do with cabinets,carpet and gas fireplace, our kitchen remodel with granite, new appliances and hardwood floors and most recently a re-do of our family room with a gas fireplace, carpet, new paint and floor to ceiling cabinets on either side. We have always been very happy with Shelly's professionalism and great ideas. She listens then gives suggestions for the project based on your budget, your tastes, and time-frame. The people she hires for the different parts of the project have always been professional, courteous and have done a fantastic job. We would recommend Shelly's Interior Concepts for any project - big or small.

I have had Shelly decorate, do window treatments and choose paint colors in my home in Minnesota and my condo in Florida. I have to say I have no decorating skills so when I worked with a decorator that kept asking me what I wanted I got no where. Shelly was entirely different. She looked at a room and the ideas flowed. I love the colors she chose - and where to paint them. The window treatments are perfect and not only look good because because of color and material she helped me select window treatments to deal with the sun beating in the rooms. I highly recommend Shelly. She is easy to work with, very personable and highly skilled and creative. Everything was done in a timely manner and I was impressed that she came to be onsite when the window treatments were put up. If I have any remodeling or decoratating to be done in the future I would definitely call Shelly
