You quietly went about your business organising everything while I was interstate most of the time and always kept me in the loop .Your tradies were fantastic and job site was always kept clean and tidy. A small scale renovation program was required to be completed prior to moving into a newly purchased house. Work was done acurately, corectly and on time, despite us providing a number of extra impediments to the smooth running with a schedule change and other people conducting work in the house. Sub-contractors were fantastic and Hayden project managed expertly.

After much research and having dealt with an architect who delayed us for 12 months, we decided to hire Smith & Sons Beaconsfield for the renovation and extension of our home (2nd storey addition and ground floor extension). When we met Hayden Loomes he was very personable, listened to our wants and needs and worked with us to tailor the quote to suit our specific budget. He referred us to a draftsperson whom we also met with and again we were pleased that he was conscious of our budget but also aimed to produce the most functional and attractive result. Hayden's trades arrive on time are professional and with ourselves and our two children still living in the home during the renovation, considerate and respectful. Hayden was always contactable and dealt with any concerns immediately. There were a few unforeseen items which naturally occurs when renovating our age home, however we were comfortable sorting through these with Hayden for a fair outcome. Our home was completed 2 months ahead of schedule to an excellent standard; we're so pleased we chose Smith & Sons Beaconsfield and would not hesitate to refer them to anyone in need of a quality reliable builder. The whole process of dealing with Hayden from planning through to building was both enjoyable and hassle free. After hearing so many horror stories from friends who have extended, we found it an absolute pleasure to deal with Hayden. Hayden and his associates had integrity, an ability to listen to what we wanted and to follow through on our wishes. Having a house with a heritage overlay, we wanted to make some modern changes but also retain the local significance of the age of the home. Thanks to Hayden and the team, we now have a gorgeous new spacious home that we love.

I can`t recommend these guys enough. Hayden and his team were professional from beginning to end. I even had some guys coming over on weekends to get some extra work completed. They were contracted to renovate the kitchen, new bathroom, 2 new en suites, a new laundry and new tiles floor and wall tiles throughout! The time allowed was 3 months but the team managed to finish everything off in less than 2 months. Hayden was always available to let us know what was going on and nothing was too much trouble. I don`t have any plans (just yet!) for any further renovations, but when I do I know exactly who to call. Thanks heaps!! Garvin pEREIRA
