Do not order from this company. After a first no show delivery, they finally got back to me with another delivery date a few week later. I had paid sofa.com to take my old sofa, the delivery company refused to take it and I am still waiting for my £99 refund from them with no response by email and no one answering the phone. The sofa they sent me is also the wrong fabric and again no one is responding to me. They seem very happy to take your money and then ignore you. I wish I had never used this company and have no idea how to get my money back or the correct sofa that I ordered.

Terrible service. We ordered a sofa which arrived without legs! The armchair we ordered did not arrive. Can’t get through to the company on the phone. And have been trying to continuously contact them by email and they have still not resolved the situation. Nice sofas but very frustrating customer service. Have spent a lot of money with them and would never order from them again.

Do not order from them as they are currently incapable of fulfilling orders - see latest trustpilot reviews. Customer service telephone lines are not taking calls and emails are not being responded to. Countless customers (including me) have paid and have no way of knowing if/when goods will be received.

We are huge fans of Sofa.com and use them regularly in client schemes. Their sofas, chairs and beds are consistently good quality, reasonably priced and it's great that we can use our own fabrics to add in a bespoke element when we need that extra something. Lizzie and the team provide great customer service and we're thrilled to have such an efficient, reliable supplier to work with.

My Bespoke Room

We LOVE working with Sofa.com. Their sofas are high quality, can be made bespoke to fit our customer's home perfectly and they have a huge amount of fabrics and styles so there is always a Sofa.com sofa for any design. We partnered with Sofa.com to create a 'Meet the Experts' series with other experts in the interior design industry, and the people at Sofa.com are all super lovely and helpful.

Visited one of their showrooms and received good service from this company. Ordered 2 sofas and a footstall. Very helpful knowledgeable staff who ensure you are satisfied with your choice. No hard sell, appreciating costly purchases must be right for the customer and allowing time for the right decision to be made. Delivery date was suited to our needs, was delivered with care on time by friendly and helpful staff.

Sofa.com is our "go to" company for really good quality and sensibly priced furniture. Over the years we've purchased beds, sofas, chairs and footstools for various clients. There's a great choice of house fabrics but we've also used other suppliers fabrics to make the items more bespoke. The trade team are efficient and really easy to work with.

Interior Therapy

Sofa.com are my first go to when it comes to looking for fab sofas for clients, with a vast collection of styles, colour and materials to choose from. The trade team make the process of ordering quick and easy. The order times are also quick which is an added bonus. I will continue to use on my future projects!

Claire Garner Interiors

Sofa.com have been a well used and trusted supplier in my little black book for some time now - the service is efficient and reliable, and being able to supply our own fabrics for their pieces gives great flexibility when specifying for our clients. The quality is great and very comfortable - I will be ordering some Sofa.com sofas for myself later this year!

Exceptional service and great value - the selection of styles on offer is varied and large enough to satisfy most every look and need; the selection of fabrics is pretty good (and if they don't have exactly what you're after they have libraries' worth of sample books in the shops) the free sample service is super; and every person I've crossed paths with so far in my dealings has been efficient and helpful. You don't expect such an accessible brand to feel so bespoke and the service to be quite so accommodating. On this last occasion I made a mistake with the fabric choice, i was immediately permitted to exchange the bed for a better colour (at no extra cost) and when it was understood that there was a newborn in the house rules were further bent to collect the reject and deliver the replacement at the same time. The drivers were polite, fast and efficient. Everyone bent over backwards to help.

Always efficient and flexible, I've used sofa.com on a number of projects now and have found them to be more reliable and willing adapt to a brief than more established department stores. Most recently, sofa.com upholstered one of their trademark sofas in a plush velvet we sourced separately after failing to find the perfect bottle green fabric. Their ability to do this in-house saved either having to send a newly arrived sofa onto to a separate upholster or compromising on the look.
