We love our new dream home. The project took longer then we expected due to issues with the city and weather related. Monique was great to work with and stayed on top of all of the trades to make sure that the job got done. The quality of the craftsmanship and the final product was well worth the wait.

Scott was great to work with. He has a fine eye for detail and design. Scott was a man of his word and solution- orientated throughout the entire building process. He does not cut corners, only accepting top quality from his vendors. We would build with him again!

Sonora West builds amazing homes but doesn't break your bank. Scott and his team find a way to get the job done no matter what the obstacles become. Scott's eye for home building is the best in the business. We were blown away at his vision and unique style. Sonora West knew we had a budget and never let us get out of the box. We got our dream home, stayed in budget, and our house was done before our due date. Credit to the internal team from finance, design, and decorating as they worked around the clock and we're always available for questions. Wondered if they slept sometimes! Not sure you will find the quality home and all the other things anywhere else. Nice job guys!!!!

Our Company Installs all the Air Conditioning equipment for all Sonora West projects. We have worked with Scott and his team for 15 plus years. Scott has a great team to work with, and Builds Exceptional Homes. We work together with Scott, project managers, Architects and Designers to provide quality and efficient air conditioning systems.

we provide the termite pre-treatment. The job site is clean and ready as it was called in (no dry runs). Sonora West supers are great to work with (they answer the phone and are seasoned employees). They pay on time, never have any issues.

Sonora West built our home in the Cavallo subdivision. The true sign of a good experience is when you have an excellent relationship with your builder when the project is finished. We had a great experience working with Sonora's decorator, all their vendors and subs. Our foreman, Todd, paid attention to every detail and 2 years later their response to any problem we may have at our home (which have been minor) has been taken care of with no questions asked. We highly recommend Sonora West.

My wife and I had Sonora West Development build our first custom home. We love it. My experience working with Sonora West Development was so good the first time that I decided to have them build a second home for us. They completed the construction ON TIME and ON BUDGET. This made all of us very happy. Scott made the home building experience simple and nearly stress free. Their hands on approach and their attention to detail ensures they deliver a superior product at a nice value.

We picked Sonora West Development for the value they would bring to the building process. Specifically, the owner Scott Pfeiffer, has a wonderful design sense and he is an honest builder. We loved his creativity with molding -- since my wife is the queen of molding herself and worked exceptionally well with Scott and all molding details and finishes. We also liked the architect firm, that Sonora primarily uses, CP Drewett. We focused on the design as a key ingredient before any building began so we would have minimal changes in the field that were structural in nature -- but Sonora absolutely added positive changes for window placements and sizes. They were a great team that works well together for total value. Sonora West provided a high quality high value solution for home design and building in today's highly competitive market place. We are very pleased with our outcomes and our final home.

Sonora West built us a new home in the Silverleaf/Arcadia area. Solid process and approach from upfront planning, architecture, dealing with the different stakeholders (city, DC Ranch HOA, etc), all the way through the build and completion. Attention to detail and the little things was critical. Communication was very good through out the process. most important, we held them to a very tight, some would say impossible, timeline and they worked to meet it.
