Working with Scott, Brandon, and Steve on the remodel of our Arden Park home was a dream. This team is nothing short of exceptional. We were in contact with Scott Rogers, our project manager, nearly every day over the nine months we worked together on our home. His constant professionalism, attention to detail, and the ease in which we communicated made a process fun and exciting. The subcontractors that were brought in were all reliable and we did not have to manage or coordinate a thing. We are in love with the final product- our home is everything we dreamed it would be. We are enticed to build a home in the future in large part to get to work with Scott and Olsen Schumacher again!

Thanks the great job you did in Arden Oaks. The project with the courtyard / arches / multiple French doors / columns / outdoor covered entertainment / etc... was a house that not many builders could pull off but you were able to along with the high end finishes. We were looking for a contractor to repair our hardwood floors that were previously installed incorrectly by another company and we reached out to Olsen Schumacher Homes. They were very professional and took the time to help us get a fast solution. They did an excellent job and are very service oriented. Their sub-contractor performed the work on-time and on budget.

I had Steve add a theater room, wine closet and bar addition to my house that I built 25 years ago. Steve did an excellent job and there were no delays. He was great to interact with and I never once second guessed any of the decisions that he made. If you could see our addition (1,000 sq.ft.) you would know why I would go straight to Steve to build another house or make changes to my current resident. I always expect high quality and this is what I received from Steve and his crew!
