This includes Site Superintendents with 35 years of experience, in house Master Masons, Master Carpenters and Project Managers who have each run jobs between $350,000 - 10,000,000. This personnel offering is complimented with our selection of specialty trades (subcontractors) to offer a complete turnkey operation. After working along side dozens of General Contractors, there is one professional that stands at the top-of-his-game list. That is Will Finnerty from Structure Works Construction. Besides being super intelligent and resourceful, he conducts himself on and off site with the utmost integrity and professionalism. We tackled a very large ground up residential project in Rhinebeck NY filled with the latest and greatest lighting technology with ease. I truely look forward to the next challenging project with him and his team and just know it will be another home run! Bravo, Wil!

Carol Kurth Architecture + Interiors

Our first project with Structureworks Construction is almost complete and we are excited for the final elements to be implemented. The project is a complex modern home with multiple materials and myriad details. This is a highly skilled team of project managers and craftspeople who come together with a ‘can do’ spirit and positive attitude, and who take real pride in their work. From incredible masons to expert siding crew, these craftspeople are dedicated and exceptional in their craft. The skill of the finish trades in particular are excellent, and we are only just starting to see these stellar results take shape. Weekly site meetings, constant communication and great teamwork make this experience with Structureworks a memorable one! Mr.Wood and i have known each other for many years: He has learned his craft from an early age, working with excellent builders. He has gained extensive experience in the field over the last 25 years He is very industrious and talented, The quality of his work is exceptional. His projects are completed on time and in the budget. He has built a wonderful workforce.

Trumbull Architects

Our firm, Trumbull Architects, has worked with Lee Wood personally for many years. Specializing in high end residential construction, Lee and his firm Structure Works Construction Inc., was always the contractor we knew would deliver a refined end product. His on staff carpenters and subs are all talented artisans. Structure Works' office staff produces detailed analyzed bids that are most helpful to both architects and owners in better understanding where the money is going. This careful bidding process decreases cost overruns in the course of a job as everything has already been budgeted and approved before a hammer is lifted. My partner and I can not recommend more highly Structure Works and Lee personally. Most importantly he is honest, hands on and always pleasure to work with.

On schedule and on budget are the two outcomes one never expects on a construction project. This was our experience with Structure Works. From beginning to end, the team was extremely professional, precise, attentive and courteous. The craftsmanship and attention to detail was outstanding. We did a full renovation and an addition and used Structure Works for both projects. It was a pleasure, in every sense of the word.

Studio Marchetti Architecture PLLC

Lee Wood of Structure Works was the partner in charge of construction of a new house I designed in Northern Dutchess County. Lee is a consummate pro, and his team is very talented. They did a top-notch job on a challenging contemporary house, and it shows. The subcontractors for concrete work, exterior trim carpentry, painting, tiling, and interior millwork all shone in their contributions to the project. Bravo, Structure Works--

Kommenteret: vanityHello Calley, the unit is approximately 10'-7" between the walls. The sinks on the lower counters are each around 2'-0" to the center from the side walls. Hope this helps!
