Having been founded over 9 years ago, Sydney-based and award-winning boutique interior design studio Style Create Design has built a reputation for style and excellence within the Australian design industry. Founder and principal designer Angela Morrison brings with her more than 25 years of experience in design and styling. With a passion for colour and design, Angela and the Style Create Design team combine stylish, elegant and clever concepts to create exceptional and functional spaces. We engaged Style Create Design for our renovation. They showed great professionalism and depth of experience in helping us set the design theme, colour palette and types of finishes for the exterior and interior of the house. We were pleased with the outcome.

Angela and her fabulous team helped us renovate/redecorate our turn of the century weatherboard farmhouse in Eastwood. The renovation consisted of two bathrooms, laundry and entrance foyer. Angela liaised with all the tradespeople involved and was responsible for the overall design and decoration. We are thrilled with the results. Angela was responsible for choosing the colour palette for the interior and exterior of the house as well as furnishing, lighting etc. for one lounge room, the family room, two master bedrooms and four other bedrooms. Her attention to detail, professionalism and brilliant ideas has resulted in almost a new home for us. I cannot recommend Angela and her team more highly.

Angela did a fabulous job in helping us decorate our newly renovated master bedroom. She listened to our ideas and came back with a plan with a number of stylish elements we would not have thought of. We have loved working with Angela on the interior design of our apartment. She provided vision which reflected what we were interested in seeing whilst pushing us, stylishly, out of our comfort zones to make our place look fabulous but still feel like a home. I hired Angela of Style Create Design because I lacked confidence in choosing colours for painting the house and styles and colours for window treatments after nearly 18 years since last redecorating the house. Angela gave me that confidence with her suggestions for colour and style and her professional but easy way with dealing with the painters and curtain makers.

It was a pleasure working with Angela. With her design know-how, she helped us to transform our formal lounge and dining area into just what we wanted and more than we had hoped for. Her expert advice assisted us with choosing the colour scheme, the furniture style, wall artwork, rug, lighting and decorating items. She took us to suppliers that we would never have discovered on our own and brought catalogues and samples for us to review and choose from in the convenience of home. We would highly recommend her to anyone.

After building a new house, Angela was recommended to me by word of mouth as someone who could help with the interior design of our living areas and master bedroom. I couldn't recommend Angela highly enough ... from the first decision she made for us (to go for curtains, rather than blinds, for our very large, wide alfresco doors) right through to the furniture choices/options and help in selecting the right tradespeople (ie wallpaperer, French polisher, curtain maker). We love all the choices she helped us make (sofas, cushions, chairs, lighting - pendants and lamps, wallpaper, bed style and upholstery, bedroom furniture, side tables, rugs, bar stools, dining room table and chairs, curtains). I now have a house that looks gorgeous ... and co-ordinated! Left to my own devices, I would have had a very different result ... It almost (but not quite) makes me want to build another house from scratch so we can do it all over again! Maybe in 20 years or so!
