Jeff Suiter, founder and president of the company, is a Civil Engineer with extensive knowledge of architectural and engineering principles, as well as over 30 years of construction experience. Jeff Suiter was responsible for the construction of our 3500 square foot home in Awendaw which was completed in June, 2012. It was a formidable project, since the house was designed to withstand 150 MPH winds and accompanying storm surge. Jeff & Suiter Construction staff were consistently professional and responsive to our needs and flawlessly implemented the plans of architect and engineer. Mr. Suiter is an honest and trustworthy builder who has a great working relationship with his colleagues and sub-contractors. Our home is beautiful and strong and Jeff deserves much of the credit!

Jeff built our dream house 6 years ago. He not only built a great house from the start but has stuck by his work. Suiter Construction used only top-rate materials throughout. His subcontractors are some of the best in the industry. Jeff's is extremely competent in the intricate details of building a house, inside and out, and takes time to do it right. We have been thoroughly pleased with all facets of the house. We recommend Jeff without any reservations whatsoever. You will be pleased with the outcome.

Kommenteret: what color are the shutters and trim, what paint usedThank you for your question. We do not have the exact color selection anymore, however, the exterior paint would have been Sherwin Williams Superpaint.
