I had TDR electric upgrade electric panel and install a vehicle charger. I must say the company is the worst I had seen. the guy made some very stupid wire in the panel and reject me take a photo to show it publicly. and the city inspector takes 4 times to pass their work. I want to give a ZERO rating.

Would highly recommend TDR electric. I used their services several times now. Very reliable and great service. We are renovating an old house, it's a puzzle sometimes. Taylor's electricians are great to come up with a solution every time.

I contacted TDR after a period of frustration with other contractors' slow response. Taylor Ross responded immediately and came to my house the next day. The project was to upgrade my service from 100A to 200 A and install an EV charger. Following a 2 week delay from BC Hydro the job was completed by TDR in a short time frame and on budget. Job well done and very professional. Taylor and his crew were very pleasant and professional.

Contacted 2 other electricians TRYING to service at my residence, needed my breaker panel checked and some outdoor lights installed. One guy cancelled blaming his schedule jammed up after he got the flu. Another long time, 2nd generation North Van firm with a great website, responded to my email request and said his son would call the next day to schedule the job...heard nothing after 6 days, so called the office, and was told it would be 3-4 weeks before they could think about scheduling the job. Went online, found the TDR site, contacted Taylor, he booked the estimating appointment for 2 weekdays later. Showed up on time, knowledgeable, respectful, efficient, said he would send me an estimate within 24 hours. The estimate arrived in 2 hours. Hired TDR, booked the appointment...very accommodating of my schedule. Showed up on time on the appointed day. Superbly completed work, just as we agreed, and at the price we agreed. Will highly recommend TDR to friends and business clients who need any electrical work. TDR keep their promises!!!!

I had a NuHeat problem where a pad below ceramic tiles had failed to operate. On the initial visit, Taylor provided me with a diagnosis, and a recommended plan of action. Once I had prepped the area, Taylor arrived for a second trip on time with all of the necessary electrical equipment to facilitate a quick repair. His two trips for diagnostics and remediation were covered by his 3 hour minimum and the only other costs were for a thermostat that I required. This was a small job that also had to be worked around the schedules of the tenants as the repair occurred in their home-based office. If you require prompt, professional, courteous and safe "to code" assistance for your electrical job, give him a call. I would not hesitate to recommend TDR Electric Inc.

From the initial quote to finishing detail and follow up, we found that they were completely responsive and professional every step of the way. Communication was excellent and they were terrific at ensuring that everything was done to a high standard. Like any renovation we ran into some kinks and TDRs attitude towards problem solving told us a lot about their standards of service. It was a pleasure to work with them and a pleasure to recommend.

We recently used this company for a project at one of our stores. We called them up and Taylor answered, he was able to come to our store later that day and give us a quote. We got 3 quotes for this project and these guys were the most expensive. ..I decided to use them because he was very informative and had some great suggestions on what to do with our lighting in the store. Boy were we impressed, they were able to start within a few days. He coordinated the man lift we needed and was dropped off first thing in the morning. Sean and Aaron were doing the job and they were a pleasure to work with. We made some changes throughout the job and it wasn't an issue. They estimated 3 - 4 days for the project and wouldn't you know it they were done in 3 days. We will definitely be using them for our other stores when we are in need of anymore electrical. Thanks guys!
