From start to finish , buying a fire surround and having it fitted by The Heating Centre 's Mark , a fully qualified gas fitter ,we were dealt in a very professional manner,that instilled us with confidence. Very pleased with the end result.

Tried to buy an electric fireplace over the phone but was dealt with very poorly by a man named Brian, he may have been busy or stressed that day but nothing constitutes the rude behaviour!! Suppose they must be doing really well to turn away custom like that.

The Heating Centre did an excellent job for us - they gave great advice, helped us to decide the right and most appropriate fire and stove for our oak framed house - they even advised on slate for the hearth and organised this aspect as well. They then installed both fires for us expertly and professionally with HETAS and Gas Safe qualified fitters. Their professional skill and customer care were second to none.
