From design to completion the experience was professionally managed and constructed by the whole team. We enjoyed working with Daniella on the design and seeing it realised on her computer screen. We were able to look at Daniella's initial design and tweak it to suit. The installation was caried out by their own in-house team. Both Jason and Connor were punctual, polite and professional in their approach to their work. The work was carried out to the very highest standard and when they had to make minor alterations, the reasons were explained to us so we were able to understand the reasons and amicably agree to the changes and solutions proposed. We are both very pleased with our new ensuite shower-room and I can thoroughly recommend the company without reservation.

It was a really good decision to go to The Tap End to plan our en-suite bathroom refurbishment. We had been unsure about what could be done in the way of altering the layout due to the sloping ceiling and supporting structures. We were able to achieve so much due to their expertise and guidance - and all working to stay within our budget. We were delighted with the design and quality of the products, which included all of our chosen criteria. We were then able to relax and feel confident that the installer would work to the design and do a great job. I was extremely impressed by their professionalism and maintained interest in our project right to the very end. I couldn’t recommend them more highly.

The Tap End designed and managed the renewal of an ensuite with the work being undertaken by one of the company's suggested fitters. We are delighted with the outcome and particularly with the design solution produced by Daniella. Without doubt The Tap End are a 5star company: excellent showroom, innovative design solutions, faultless project management, professional and very approachable staff as well as value for money! The fitter (Gareth) was outstanding and a pleasure to have hime working for us!

I initially contacted 3 companies to quote me for an en-suite refurbishment. I decided to go with The Tap End as they were the most professional and local to my home. Communication was prompt and efficient and my designer, Daniella, was happy to tweak her design to accommodate my requirements and budget. She arranged a fitter for me and he carried out the work to a high standard and within the agreed timescale. I have no hesitation in recommending The Tap End.

We have just had a new bathroom fitted by Conner and Jordan, and they were first class,as were the painter and electrician. You can do no better than this firm, every item they fitted is first class. I arrived in Tap End having approached all the usual suspects (B&Q etc.) and I am so glad I did. This is a fantastic design company, who are willing to think outside the box and actually move things around rather than just replace bathroom furniture. The result is, quite simply, spectacular. They have turned a tiny and extremely dated family bathroom into something worthy of a boutique hotel. They took on board all my suggestions, although I was very happy to see what they would come up with. I am astonished at what they achieved. I also have to give a mention to Jake, the plumber, who did the work. His attention to detail was second to none, and the finish on everything is beautiful. Seeing the bathroom 'before' and 'after' is mind-blowing!

Very happy with the completed bathroom installation. Zoe came up with a fantastic bathroom design which met all my requirements. It was well organised from start to finish including sorting out ordering deliveries and liaising with the bathroom fitter (Dave). The bathroom was finished to a high standard with good attention to detail.
