Absolutely wonderful customer service--along with a beautiful product!. I was very worried about buying such an expensive item, (ie: GINEVRA59' 59" CoreAcryl Acrylic French Bateau Skirted Tub with Aged Chrome Exterior plus Faucet Package) site unseen other than seen on the website, and then equally worried about shipping such a huge item several states away. However, our tub is the highlight of our new house and we have already received several complements regarding it. The tub was carefully packaged and well organized with all the needed installation instructions included. Thank you, Tub Studio!

I ordered the 67" French Bateau Tub with polished nickel hardware. It arrived exactly on the scheduled day in great condition and installed easily. It looks great in my major bathroom remodel replacing an old Jacuzzi tub. The finishes on both the tub and fixtures are beautiful. The Tub Studio provided excellent customer service and I highly recommend the tub.

I had seen a vintage cast iron platform tub in a magazine and found a perfect match in acrylic for my master bath remodel with The Tub Studio. I also paid an extra fee to have them paint the exterior in an ebony gray (they color matched my paint chip to perfection). I did buy the waste and overflow from them but not the faucet. They did request I send the Grohe tub filler to them, and they would mount it to the tub. It was a deck mount faucet that we wanted with exposed plumbing - this was a new faucet mount for them, and it was centered, mounted and wrapped with bubble wrap for shipping. FedEx Freight delivered the tub, and I have never seen anything packaged so well. Our driver waited patiently while we unwrapped it (as per Tub Studio directions); everything was perfect. We love the tub; it was so much better than we expected! The quality, customer service, shipping - all were expedited to high standards. Thanks, too, to Tesh who made sure we were informed and up to date on the whole custom process. This is an amazing company with an outstanding products!

I ordered a Gianetta bathtub package from The Tub Studio and it is absolutely stunning. I had never seen anything like this silver leaf finish before and was slightly reluctant to order something so radical without actually seeing it beforehand. The Tub Studio sent me a sample of the finish which I thought looked great, but the actual finish on the tub looked even better. I wanted a very special and exclusive tub for my new bathroom and the Gianetta does not disappoint, everyone who has seen it loves it. The faucet that was part of the package is also beautiful and very high quality, I had seen almost identical faucets for sale in a local showroom for almost $2000, so I really feel I got a great bargain. The tub was meticulously packaged and the installation was easy for my plumber, I would highly recommend The Tub Studio to anyone who is looking for something special at a really good price.

I first saw the Isabetta on houzz. I had a few questions before ordering such an expensive item. Tesh, was extremely knowledgable and was able to help me figure this was indeed the tub I wanted to purchase. I just had my tub delivered and was extremely pleased with the whole delivery process. We purchased a tub and hardware from Tubs of Distinction end of 2014. 'CARAFA' 54" CoreAcryl WHITE Swedish Slipper Pedestal Tub plus Fittings in Chrome It is a very elegant piece, and the hardware is stunning. The whole process with Tubs of Distinction went flawlessly, and the tub is a definite upgrade to our master bath.

We purchased a custom claw foot tub with a brushed nickle wall mounted fixture, brushed nickle claw feet, and two vanity fixtures that match the tub hardware. The entire experience with the Tub Studio was outstanding. They were able to coordinate delivery of the tub and hardware with our hectic bathroom remodeling schedule, and their commitment to customer service is superb! We would not hesitate to use them again and would definitely recommend them.

We had been looking everywhere for a beautiful freestanding tub in biscuit and had just about given up when we found The Tub Studio. We loved their entire range of products but we were really knocked out by their Ercole double slipper tub, it was different from anything else we had ever seen. Buying on the internet gave us some concern but the people at the Tub studio were very easy to work with and after ordering we felt very confident. When the tub arrived, we could not have been more pleased or impressed. It is excellent quality as are the fittings and it is the highlight of our new bathroom. I love soaking in it as it is so comfortable with plenty of room. I would highly recommend this company and their products.

I recently purchased a tub from the Tub Studio. I was looking for something traditional with a modern twist, something transitional. I LOVE my tub! It even look better in person.
