The team were so knowledgeable and professional, offering solutions and giving me a very clear understanding of what could be achieved and the process to recondition my valuable rugs. Thomas Rug Cleaning were very reasonably priced for the amount of work they did on each of my rugs. They also offered an at home pick up and return service of my rugs that was so helpful and easy. From the assessment, pick up and delivery back of my rugs the process was seamless. The result of their expert cleaning, care and attention was incredible. My rugs were beyond clean, no pet smells and most looked like new! I am very thankful to the Thomas Rug Cleaning team and will be referring all my friends to them. They are the best and only place to go!

I got very lucky when I found Thomas Rug Cleaning. They provide top professional service that clearly is something that's been passed down from generations. When you enter the facility it has an old world vibe which as their service has proved to me many times is a result of knowledge and love for the rugs they clean and sell.
