Distinguished by her timeless interiors, Tricia Stacy, ASID is a certified, professional interior designer. Known for her casually elegant signature style, Tricia's residential projects range from sophisticated residences to quirky, coastal beach cottages. Tricia is a native of Savannah. She has a BFA in Interior Design from the University of Georgia, Athens. Recruited from college by the Atlanta firm of Venture Design, Ltd., she began her Interior Design career in Atlanta, GA. Working as a Project Manager there for 7 years, she specialized in Residential Design and Retail Design, managing the renovation and construction of residential properties and retail stores. Tricia moved back home to Savannah in 2000, starting a new chapter of her design and build career. She focused on the design and construction of new homes and renovation of luxury and coastal properties. She personally did the Residential Design and operated as the General Contractor, Supervisor, and Interior Designer of her turn-key projects and showhouses. Her completed projects include private residences, offices and retail stores in Georgia and South Carolina. They include retail stores at Peachtree Center, Atlanta; the Atlanta Merchandise Mart, and Hartford Atlanta International Airport. In Savannah, Tricia was the exclusive designer of The Landings Christmas Showhouse 2003 at Green Island Road, Skidaway Island (Residential Design, Construction and Interior Design) and the Holiday Designer Showhouse 2011 in Historic Downtown Savannah, benefiting the Memorial Children's Hospital. Tricia was the owner of the home interiors studio DECORUM, formerly located in the Eisenhower Shopping Plaza. The studio offered extensive selections of designer furnishings, window treatments, art, accessories, and fabrics, as well as offering Interior Design Consultation. Post COVID, Tricia provides all Interior Design services to clients exclusively by appointment.

I've had a fantastic experience working with Tricia. She renovated and furnished the 3-story, 4,000 sq ft home (with 6 bedrooms), which I now run as the single top-rated luxury AirBnb property in all of Athens, GA. Tricia has a gift for making homes appear luxurious, high-class, and tasteful. She also had the flexibility to tailor the home to my AirBnb business's specific needs, and she was willing and able to balance price with quality in her choices. I found it rather amazing that she could manage the renovation (new floors, new laundry room, countertops, bathrooms, painting.. even the offer to manage outdoor projects such as a new outdoor staircase) on top of furnishing everything. She's also simply delightful to work with. There may be better interior designers out there.. SOMEWHERE.. but I personally have never met one.

Tricia is so talented, knowledgeable and professional! She has the ability to look at a room and the colors and envision what would look great in any space. She made our house look amazing even while staying on budget. She not only helped pick out colors, fabrics, furniture, pictures, cabinets, lighting fixtures, rugs and unique shelf decorations for our house, but she also helped with our office and beach house. I highly recommend Tricia for any interior design project.

Tricia Stacy is a top notch designer and a long time member at our Pro Source Savannah Show room. She always shows professionalism and has a tremendous knowledge in the design field. Tricia always has wonderful suggestions for ideas on all the projects that I have seen her work on with her clients when they are in the show room going through the selection process. It's not always easy for a homeowner when they have so many things to make decisions for while working on home improvement projects. Tricia makes it fun, but works hard assisting her clients from start to finish making them feel comfortable. With quality work, staying in budget and meeting the deadlines, which are important to every client, Tricia shows a passion for what she does. If I were a client searching for a designer, I would want to have someone like Tricia assisting me.

Tricia is an outstanding designer and such a pleasure to work with. She is creative and very skilled in all areas including space planning, design, renovation and all that is needed to finish decorating your space. Tricia also has the experience to manage contractors on every detail. Her attention to detail is outstanding including schedules and budget. We totally renovated and redesigned our kitchen and living area in a home we purchased and it's the best we've ever had. I would definitely work with Tricia again.

It was a joy to work with Tricia! Her eye for color and design is great, she is reliable and easy to work with. When I needed to make a tile change to trim the budget, she cheerfully met me again at the supplier and helped me choose just the right tile. The contractors she recommended were reliable and professional. She followed up to be sure they were doing a great job. She helped me with a kitchen remodel. We chose new paint, back splash tile, floor tile, blinds, fan, and a custom patio door that included a pet door. She did an excellent job making sure the colors coordinated with the adjacent rooms and matched my style.

Tricia designed the interior of my home 25 years ago. The colors and fabrics I still love. In decorating my new home, Tricia was able to use some of the same fabrics used all those years ago and the result is stunning. She came up with an entirely updated look using my favorite chairs and pillows along with beautiful new pieces. When I decide to redecorate more rooms, I will certainly call Tricia again because she is professional, reliable, ethical, and best of all, she has great taste!

BEST DESIGNER I'VE EVER HAD. Tricia is so talented (having actually built custom houses from the drafting board to total finish) and has the ability to "see" what a room needs and goes with her expertise in colors, designs, textures, lighting, etc., along with the clients input and budget. Tricia has an array of people she utilizes for various projects and all of this gets completed within the time frame specified. She is not "pushy" at all. At the same time, Tricia helps one narrow down choices.... AND - she has a wonderful personality to go with all the above. Thanks, Tricia

Tricia has helped me design several rooms in my home over the last several years. She is currently providing design services on an addition we are completing. Over that time, she has been a delight to work with, and is ultra-skilled. She creates a beautiful design fitting for the space while accommodating the homeowners preferences. I have thoroughly enjoyed working with her and go to her first when it comes to designing a new project. I highly recommend!
