The Tidy Squares products are the perfect solution for us and our home. We are in need of efficient, modern and great looking storage spaces and Tidy Squares have helped us make that happen. The ability to customize the size and configuration of our closets for each room is key especially for our older home, and they collaborate with us in real time to ensure our ideas and designs are realized. For us, as our house has settled over time, the dimensions have changed and spaces are no longer symmetrical. The ability to customize the dimensions and layout of our storage spaces any way we require without having to contract a high priced custom closet design company was what sold us on Tidy Squares. The units are self install so some knowledge and experience with home renovation is definitely required, but even with limited experience these units are a snap. There were some hiccups along the way - some pieces were lightly damaged during shipping, or not cut to size weather due to an error on my part or the manufacturer - however Tidy Squares addressed all issues promptly and shipped replacement pieces at no additional cost which was very impressive. Overall the experience has been fantastic and we are currently planning out our next projects with Tidy Squares. If you are in a similar situation as us, I highly recommend them.

I hired this company to create a custom closet for a renovation project. The existing space was oddly shaped. The representative who assisted me with design was excellent. I was given numerous options for design and the one we ultimately chose I hadn't even thought of. Production was quick. Installation was straight forward. Everything fit as measured. This is a quality product. I would recommend this company to anyone.

AMAZING PRODUCT, EVEN MORE AMAZING SERVICE!!! After multiple local quotes from the typical home organization retailers (California closets and local competitors) and thorough online research, we elected to take chance on a direct-to-customer solution through Tidy Squares. This was a significant purchase to make sight unseen and without a store front as we were outfitting over 200 square feet of closet. We could not be more thrilled with the result as well as the entire experience we had with Tidy Squares. They stay engaged with you through the entire process. Anna, our designer, was incredible. She really took time to understand how we intended to use the closets, our lifestyle attributes, etc., to create solutions that really work. And she stayed with us every step of the way ensuring that we had what we needed to get them installed without issue. They say you never know how good a company is until you have an issue and that their actions will define them. We had a delivery issue with UPS. It had nothing to do with Tidy Squares and everything to do with our local UPS office. Tidy Squares stepped in, and did whatever was necessary to get the product to our home on time and intact with zero damage. They are incredible to work with and all around incredible people. For us, there is only one solution for our organization needs. We will be coming back to Tidy Squares for our basement and other closet areas very soon. Do not be reticent about using an online solution. If you are reasonably handy, or have a trusted handyman, this product installs and assembles easily. And Tidy Squares makes it easy with all of the video and blueprint resources they provide as part of your purchase. Amazing experience all around.

I recently purchased a walk in pantry shelving system from Tiddy Squares. Anna provided excellent customer service from start to finish. She provided a rendering of the system using a few measurements I took from the room which was super helpful. They even sent samples of the cabinet doors in advance of ordering. I highly recommend them

As an independent designer, working with TidySquares has been a wonderful experience. Anna is very kind, knowledgeable, efficient and very responsive. I completed a project with TidySquares in Jan-Feb 2018 to outfit 2 walk-in bedroom closets and 1 bathroom linen closets. The project included design and selection of modules to best optimize the 3 spaces while providing an elegant look. I performed the installation by myself (although a second pair of hands might have been helpful) following instructions provided for my specific arrangements. A few damaged pieces were replaced very quickly with no questions asked. The level of customer service from TidySquares is by far the best I've experienced as a consumer. TidySquares gave me the impression at times that I was their only customer. I hope that this is not case, as I could not be any happier with the professionalism, the customer service and the attention to my needs that I received, especially from my direct contact Anna Kolesnikova.

Absolutely fabulous design help and product! My house is 100 years old with plaster walls and a quirky angled ceiling. Anna helped make my closet beautiful and useful, customizing it to my needs.

I used this company to remodel my closet. I was able to schedule a meeting over the phone with a design consultant and design my closet right then and there. We went through all the different options and what worked best for me. I had a couple of hiccups with installation. They were very speedy and helpful with their responses. So I was able to resolve my issues immediately.

I hadn’t heard of TidySquares until a closet project came up. Anna at TidySquares was incredibly responsive and creative. Beautiful product! Our designer, Anna, was very patient and helpful with the decision-making process. She gave us ideas and her expertise with how to put everything together. Install wasn't too complicated. Saved $$ and got exact same product as other high end retailers of closet systems. We were able to have 20" deep closet system, too. Standard size is only 14" deep. Lots of great storage above closet. Chose white frame with arctic shelves and drawer fronts. Turned out very pretty. Will recommend to our friends and family.
