I have worked with Darren on many projects (as a Kitchen and Bath Designer) and he's by-far one of the best builders/re-modelers I've ever had the opportunity to work with. He is thorough and detailed, while efficient and capable of keeping a project moving on schedule. He offers a lot of his own creativity and was also open to collaborating on ideas together. I confidently recommend him to anyone.

I used the services of Darren Patt Construction on a recommendation from a neighbor, and I'm very happy I got that recommendation. My project was a rooftop deck on a historical building, so it had its challenges. Darren and his crew handled the planning/design, old deck demolition and new (Azek synthetic) deck build, including drainage for the sloped roof underneath. They even came back to make a small modification I requested at no charge. The new deck looks awesome and well-built. I highly recommend them.

We hired Darren Patt Construction for our large remodeling project that included an addition to our existing house and renovations to our dining room. Darren and his team turned our modest, dated house into a beautiful home. We couldn't be happier with the results. Darren guided us throughout the entire work process in a professional yet personable manner. Darren has wonderful relations with subcontractors, vendors and tradesmen that make the process go smoothly. He gave conservative estimates and brought in the job under budget. His attention to detail was faultless.

Darren's team provided excellent carpentry work and finish detail on cabinetry for a study and master bath. They were punctual, neat, cleaned up afterwards, and even did a small extra project that I threw in at the last minute. I would highly recommend him!

Darren has done several remodel projects at different addresses for me. He is an excellent contractor, knowledgable, honest, fair and creative. His team does meticulous work--arrive promptly, leave the property very clean. They are respectful of the living space and take great care in the home. I would not think of having anyone else do the work for me!

We renovated an old house (1932) of 2500 sqf in size in Laurelhurst neighbourhood. Darren gave us many good and wise recommendations. Because we lived oversea, we did not have the chance to supervise the project in person. But to our and everyone's amazement, the project was completed in time, within budget. So from the start to moved in, we did our communication over email and by the time we met for the 2nd time, we were ready to move in. We were extremely pleased with the workmanship, style, and hassle free experience of working with Darren.

Darren Patt Construction built out a wine room in our home. Cork flooring was installed and wine racks were assembled and installed. Assembly and installation turned out to look very polished and professional. The racks did not include some pieces to cover hardware that was showing so they built out these custom pieces to cover that up and give it a more finished look. The employees who worked in our home were very professional and courteous to our family. We are over-all extremely happy with the end result and the experience working with this team.

We contracted with Darren to do a third floor remodel of our home in Laurelhurst. Once we started, we decided to keep going and took down the second floor and kitchen as well! The house was a bad 1970s contemporary that Darren turned into a beautiful classic home that looks great and fits in with the neighborhood. Darren has a gift for design and style. Instead of spending hours at the tile store, stone shop or with paint swatches, he would have a couple samples that he knew would look good and was always right. He is very hands-on with his projects and his whole team were fantastic to work with and the neighbors liked them, too! When the inevitable unknowns of a remodel came up, he communicated what needed to be done and the options available to vome to a reasonable solution. I would highly recommend Darren Patt Construction to anyone considering a minor, extensive or complete remodel or addition.

We needed a full plumbing remodel of our house. We lived in the house during this event. The team was very respectful and planned well in terms of accommodating our living there. The work was done expediently but not at the cost of quality. The workmanship was excellent. We would hire Darren Patt Construction for any future needs.
