We had the pleasure to work with Lockwood-Lozier on a driveway project, as well as on miscellaneous little projects through out our house. They are the definition of "above and beyond"! Over the years we went through several major remodeling projects, on 2 continents (Europe and USA) and this has been hands-down the best experience we ever had. Purchased a home built by Lochwood - Lozier back in 2015, and I cannot express the excellent communication and quality of service they provide. Over the past years my family and I had small issues that we needed assistance with in maintenance of the home and Mike at Lockwood was always fast to respond and provided us with resources we needed immediately every time. This is an amazing company with trustworthy people that can be counted on.

Lochwood-Lozier built us a beautiful home and they've been very accommodating to all the ideas and changes we've had along the way. There were a few bumps in the road (some of which were our own doing), but they always made things right in the end. Mike, our project manager, really cared about the craftsmanship that went into building our home. He is creative, listens to our ideas, and problem solves with the best of them. And Mike has an uncanny ability to figure out how to get things done--even some of our crazier ideas (like our play gym!). Sarah, our interior designer, really helped to bring my wife's modern farmhouse sensibilities and my contemporary tastes together into a cohesive vision that not only amazes us to this day, but any friends and family that we've brought into our home. She is a great resource for bouncing ideas off of and has held our hand on more than one occasion. And Todd the owner is very approachable and heard our concerns whenever the inevitable problems that are to be expected with any construction project came up. Like we said earlier, he always made things right for us--this is perhaps the thing that most stands out for us, besides the quality of the work of course. Todd and his employees really care that we're happy in our home, and we can definitively say that we are.

We are so happy with the job Lochwood-Lozier has completed and thrilled we have beautiful, new hardwood floors. Eddie and Jonah were fantastic. No surprise there, but pleasantly reminded of what a first class company you have. They were so professional, communicative, very thorough and made sure the work was done to perfection. Lockwood Loizer is well run business with excellent workmanship ,communication and other service they offer IE lawn care ,painting . Todd is personally involved from beginning to end He has a superb team that shupports the firms business . I had the privilege of building two homes with Lochwood-Lozier Custom Homes. Todd, the owner, is a true professional. He, his staff, and his subcontractors deliver exemplary detail in all their work. Todd is a great communicator, quick to respond to questions and concerns and is very knowledgeable in every aspect of the building process. He is very upfront on costs, solutions to any problems and available product options to keep you within your budget. The billing is very transparent as everything is itemized monthly with no hidden costs or surprises. Lochwood-Lozier stand by their work and strive to make their customers happy and it shows in their excellent workmanship. I highly recommend them.

Todd and his team did an excellent job designing and building an outdoor living space/free standing addition to our home. The quality and finishes are outstanding. I would say if any challenge was present during construction it had to do with trade contractor schedule management but I would conclude that is symptomatic of the present heated residential construction industry and not unique to Lochwood-Lozier. While construction took a little longer than first anticipated, in the end it was worth the wait. Thank you Lochwood-Lozier!

Lochwood Lozier went above and beyond our expectation to build us a beautiful home. They were timely, efficient, responsive, and always looking out for our best interest in every way. Eric Constable, our Super was the man who brought our vision to life. His communication and follow through was so impressive and he always put our concerns first. He made our experience nearly pain free.

We have done extensive remodeling with Lochwood-Lozier over the past few years (totally new kitchen, bathrooms, mud room, outdoor covered space). All of the work has been top quality. The whole team has been very pleasant to work with and very respectful of minimizing the impact to our family of living in a construction zone. We highly recommend them!

Our professional relationship started with Todd Lozier a few years back when we remodeled our 1950's home. This was a pretty major project that in reality ended up being a new home on the original foundation. Our experience with Todd on that project was so positive that a couple of years later when we decided to do the same thing all over again, we didn't hesitate to call him to get the project off the ground. I can't say enough positive things about Todd's professionalism, knowledge, experience, calm demeanor and attention to detail. One of the best qualities of a great contractor is who he chooses to work with when it comes to his project managers and sub-contractors, and I have nothing but great things to say about them as well. His project manager, Eric Constable is outstanding in his knowledge and dependability. They were professional, competent and kept our neighbors happy by keeping noise levels to an acceptable level as well as keeping the job site reasonably clean. Lochwood-Lozier's commitment to quality extends well beyond the completion of the project. Todd has always been great at following up with any issues that we have had involving repairs well after the completion of our homes. It has been an absolute pleasure to work with him and his team and we don't ever hesitate to recommend him to our family and friends.
