We started using Damien Pace's services about 10 years ago to prune our cherry tree in Fulham. The first time he delivered an outstanding service and asked us to put a good review for him, which we did. But as his business has grown, the service has suffered to the extent that I feel I should warn other people. 3 years ago, his workman showed up 4 hours late. This year they didn't show up at all and did not warn us. This was problematic for us because we were letting our house and had a small window of opportunity for the work to be done. My wife contacted Damien who explained that his schedule was delayed due to flooding. We tried to reschedule before our departure but Damien didn't reply. Very disappointing.
