We remodeled a home 6 years ago and purchased from Ultradesigncenter. The service has been amazing. Firstly all the fixtures and faucets we purchased are beautiful. But most importantly they stand behind their products. Travis Bland was most helpful in getting a replacement part for a shower handle. Thank you!!!

Kris Brumley was fantastic partner in our home remodel process. We decided to take on the design of our kitchen, bath and other shared space remodel - we'll call it a learning experience that ended well. Kris Brumley, Ultra Design Center was instrumental in helping us to select our products for our full home remodel. We started back over a year ago with the kitchen remodel. We felt so comfortable with the level of professionalism that Kris provided that we purchased everything for our master suite too. Kris was so great, she even helped store, at no charge the products for our master suite that took over 1+ years to finish. Blanco sinks, Brizo Faucets, Jaclo Products, Artos faucets, California Faucets, Lacava sinks, Thermasol Pro-500 steam unit, Bain Ultra Inua 7240 air tub, Icera Toilet. I highly recommend Kris Brumley, Ultra Design Center for your next project, she is very knowledgeable, customer focused and extremely friendly!

I have been working with Ultra Design for over 8 years now. I have had two salespeople in that time. Both ladies have done an exceptional job. My experience with Ultra Design Center was awesome!! I personally worked with Brian S. and would highly recommend him to anyone. Brian was amazingly knowledgable. As soon as I told him the feel of my home, traditional to transitional, he immediately pulled products that fit perfectly. He was so happy to work with my budget and worked tirelessly to find products that are hard to find. He honestly shared about products that maybe I really didn't need and ones that he felt I would be sorry for not incorporating. His guidance proved to be right on and we are so happy with everything we purchased. I was especially impressed with his sense of style, what goes with what, and what doesn't. He was very professional, e-mailed info when he said he would, returned every phone call and followed up to make sure everything arrived.

Lukasz Gadek is amazing! He's always available to help with the the largest projects down to the random "Can you identify this fixture" request. He's extremely knowledgeable on almost any item and if he doesn't know he will find it out and usually gets back within the hour and everything you needed to know and more. He's a great asset and I/we look forward to working with him a lot more in the future. I have brief interactions with Travis and Brian and both have also been very helpful, though I've not had the pleasure of working with them as much as I have with Lukasz. Everyone I've ever had the pleasure of working with been very professional, knowledgeable, and pleasant.

We are remodeling our master bath, main floor powder room and kitchen. We visited several plumbing showrooms, and spoke with several designer/sales people, but no one was as knowledgable as Kris Brumley. She gave us invaluable advice, and we have been so impressed by her willingness to help us with our unscheduled visits and multiple phone calls. There was no aspect of the plumbing design process that she did not have a creative idea or suggestion about. When we are finally done with this remodel, I feel confident that we will have new, beautiful, functional spaces thanks in large part to Kris.
