Universal Iron Doors has been manufacturing and installing Custom Iron doors and Iron Gates almost a decade already with many satisfied clients. Our iron doors are manufactured at our facility here in Sun Valley, CA. All of our iron doors are made with 12 gauge or heavier tubing and solid hand forgings. We can work with you in a unique wrought iron door design for your residential or commercial property. Replacing your entry custom iron door will significantly change the appearance of your home. Our custom garage doors, iron railings, gates and hardware can be created to match any design you can imagine. I am very satisfied with this company. They started the work on time and worked very cleanly. It was very important for me to install the door, but they worked very cleanly and I enjoyed it. I am an obsessive person myself, but they worked so cleanly and accurately. I am very satisfied and happy and I suggest you if you choose someone to install Flip and Raymond, many thanks to Raymond and Flip

What a joke of a company. Worst customer service. Installer coughing the whole time in my house wearing no mask. They tried to steal oranges from my trees until I caught them. When bought up the issue to management. He said I see no problem with that. Instead of apologizing he took the side of the person stealing from my home. Who knows what else they stole from the home.

The door is beautiful ... Unfortunately it installed poorly after 3 return visits by the most disrespectful and incompetent installers I have ever met ...... I had to hire Hills Bros lock smith who showed me how the installers bent and shaved the locking mechanisms to get it to work.... I am confident that Hills Bros will get the door right once the parts order come in..... I would warn you against hiring this company.... I saw the installers sawzall my house apart to get the door to fit.... No way that was code.... I wish I could select zero stars

My door is fantastic! The company took my unusual dimensional requirements in stride, as if they were standard. The door is a "known" landmark in the neighborhood. People stop by to ask about and admire it. Great door. Great company.

Beautiful custom iron door. Universal created a very large iron door for a project I was working on along with gorgeously detail stair rail,they are a pleasure to work with and produce extremely high quality custom work.

I highly recommend Universal Iron Doors & Hardware. The door I purchased is absolutely beautiful and of great quality. Their customer service was excellent and all of my questions (including those made after purchase) were answered very promptly. You can tell that this is a well run family-owned business that cares about their customers and takes great pride in their work. Our job now is to try to make the rest of our house as beautiful as our front door.

I ordered two iron doors from leon he was very helpful with entire order had small issue when product was delivered but marot and staff were very good at making me happy and resolving the issue I would def recommend univ iron doors to my friends price is the best around and doors are beutiful

I purchased a set of doors for the front of a custom home I was building. The company kept me informed of delivery and delivered them when I needed them. The doors came in excellent condition and I have a difficult time seeing any differences between these doors and those I have paid 2x or 3x more for. There were two parts that were not made for this model, which Universal replaced for us in a short period of time. Many of these doors can have water sealing problems and these are working fine. I would and will buy more in the future.

We have purchased two doors from Universal, which can be seen in our profile. The doors are built very well, were easy to install, and most of all, are beautiful. These doors elevate the look of the entire project. Detailed shop drawings were provided prior to the delivery of the doors. We had a great experience with the customer service and they gratuitously catered to our needs. The first door is a beautiful Tuscan style door with a matching arched transom window installed on a brick luxury home. The second door is a Vatican style door that was installed on a Mediterranean villa style house. We are planning on ordering all the iron railings for both houses from Universal. Our customers are ecstatic with the product and we hope to to business with Universal Iron Doors many times in the future.

Double front entry doors. The install was perfect and the end results look amazing. Doors were installed as scheduled, they were done in a timely manner. Ordering them was very easy and their customer service was awesome. I highly recommend Universal Iron Door without reservations.

We have worked with this company 3 times now and the shipping crate that the company uses is the worst I have ever seen. Even after specifically asking them to package the product more securely, it still comes with the product literally falling out of the crate. These products weigh 8-900 pounds and deserve a crate system that can handle the mass. From the poor packaging we have had problems with the product on installation. Which the company said that it was the "installers problem to deal with". When I spend $4,000 for a product, I expect it to arrive in a professional manner and to not have to "fix" problems when we install them. We have had to go so far as to hire a welder to fix a broken weld on the frame of the door.

Kommenteret: Why does it take so long?They are hand made in China so work on a monthly cycle. Our capacity maxes out very quickly due to volume so we are at ab out an 8-12 week turn around.
