As a general contractor I met Bill on one of our just completed upper west side projects. A custom town house renovation with Uptown Townhouse as a construction manager. This turned out to be a successful project for us and a lot of credit for this goes to Bill's professionalism, deep knowledge of construction, and ability to convey the intricacies of the process to the client. I highly recommend his firm to anyone contemplating a construction project. Silvo

I have worked with Bill Rohlfing on a number of challenging projects over the years and he is the tops. Talented, tireless, tenacious and those are just the T's. But really his dedication to his clients is nothing less than phenomenal. Highly detail-oriented and a damned fine interior designer to boot, he has what it takes to get a major residential renovation project done in New York City. I can recommend him whole-heartedly and without hesitation.

Quality Tile

I have been working with Bill from Uptown Townhouse for the last 20 years! As someone who supplies him with tile, I endorse that he has a great sense of design and style when it comes to choosing tile for all projects. Bill is an absolute pleasure to work with and I couldn't recommend anyone better.

We have been working together for some time, has it really been 20?? - I guess it has been - but why would I look at any other vendor - service and style choices have always been top of the line!! I am an Architect, and I have worked with Bill on a number of projects over the years. Bill has always been an excellent advocate for the clients and the project. He brings creativity and value to the process, and is an excellent communicator with owners, professionals and tradespeople alike. He is an experienced and collaborative project manager with a keen eye for design. Every project he has been a part of has definitely been the better for his input and oversight. I recommend him wholeheartedly.
