We ended up working with Nathan Funk and Via Design after a somewhat tumultuous process as we began planning to build our new home. As we first engaged with Via, I was somewhat skeptical of whether the benefits of an architecturally designed home were worth the premium over what might be obtained in working with a quality residential designer. Having experienced the design process with each, I can unequivocally say that the architectural design was worth it. After a number of productive meetings, Nathan and the Via team delivered a design that was both very unique and highly functional for our family. We were (and continue to be) very happy with the finished product. If we find ourselves in the position again of building another home, Nathan and Via will be our first call.

We had a wonderful experience working with Nathan Funk from Via Design. Nathan brought a tremendous amount of creativity and suggested ideas that we would never have dreamed of. Our home is exactly what we wanted because of his involvement. Nathan took the time to walk us through his vision for the front of our home and our entryway and it ended up wonderful! Nathan is professional, talented and enjoyable to work with.

New Urban Home Builders

I am a custom home builder who has worked with Via Design, and I highly recommend them! They did a fantastic job with our Urban Farmhouse project. They were professionals in every sense of the word, wonderful with our clients and encouraged a collaborative environment. I hope to work again soon with their talented team.

We did a full house remodel with Via Design. Emily was our designer and Dan our architect. We had several challenges to overcome, and both Emily and Dan were so knowledgable and helpful in finding solutions that worked for everyone. Emily and Dan both worked very well with our builder and made the entire project flow smoothly. Emily was wonderful in leading me through each decision in a timely manner. We are so happy with our home. It is now our dream home and fits our family perfectly!

We completed a large remodel/addition to our home in June. We worked with Emily on the project from start to finish. She was very knowledgeable in resources and really was instrumental in meeting project deadlines. Emily has a great understanding of the building process and has great foresight in areas that may need attention to detail that the homeowner may not see. She is very familiar with the different trades in the building industry and works well with everyone. We really appreciated that she always listened to our input and worked with us to find solutions and design ideas that we were happy with. We are very happy with our home and feel without her expertise we would have taken longer to complete the project and not have been as happy with the outcome.

Via Design did a complete remodel of our house, we were impressed with their exceptionally talented interior and architectural designers. We wanted to achieve a modern open-plan Scandinavian design; it was truly a collaborative project, they listened carefully to our goals and understood what we wanted to achieve. They had creative ideas and clever solutions to any problem and ensured excellent quality throughout the process. We can highly recommend Via Design, with their help we were able to complete this complex remodel rapidly and to the highest possible standards.

The design team from Via saved our master bath addition! We were in the middle of a project that was not going well. We then called Via and they were quick to respond and quick with ideas. The treated us like we were one of their most important clients, and delivered thoughtful, beautiful, and technically superior plans. Now our project is back on track. Thank you to the team at Via Design! Next time we start out with Via from the beginning!
