Amazing and fast installation and service! Super accommodating, I accidentally ordered the wrong amount of wallpaper (my own mistake prior to reaching out to Gerardo) and he helped cover every inch of the wall seamlessly anyways! My little girls room looks so beautiful.

Excellent wallpaper installation. Super professional and precise. Very quick to respond to email, text and phone calls.
D&L helped me to determine the amount of wallpaper I needed to order and presented me with a written estimate for cost of labor.
The rooms came out perfect and everything was neat and tidy when they finished.

I truly believe Gerardo is the best wallpaper artist in Florida. Friends came to see his work and were amamzed. His work was so precise. He works hard and works clean. He is helpful with recommendations. I doubt there is better any where. And last but not least he is such a nice guy.

Gerardo is amazing. He is very knowledgeable and passionate about his work. He arrived early and was prepared for the time it takes to get through all the red tape of a contractor getting into a Miami condo building. He had everything he needed, got to work, and finished my wall in a matter of hours. He made it look easy, and he had a good time working on the project. Thank you Gerardo! I had been looking for a wallpaper hanger for weeks when I came across D&L. I called Geraldo and he immediately responded to my request to wallpaper a small wall. He was on the job within two days. He arrived precisely on time on a Sunday. Geraldo is a complete professional, extremely courteous, fairly priced and he did an excellent job. He deserves the highest of ratings for a job well done.

Amazing Job! Very detail, very cautious with surroundings. As you can see there were a bit of difficult cuts around cabinetry bar and outlet while not being able to put pressure in a newly installed counter. D&L was incredible to work with! We were very nervous because we ordered our baby’s nursery mura from a random UK company in Pinterest and took quite a gamble. Once that hurdle was passed, we realized we had no idea how to put it up and had a VERY short window of time. We found these guys highly rated on Angie’s list, and highly recommend by another company that was no longer in business. So glad we did! The attention to detail the owner has is bar none. And the pride in their work is obvious. We couldn’t have asked for a better outcome and in only 2 days!!! (He even found us someone to smoothen our textured wall for a great price).

These guys really came through for me. My previous wall paper guys had canceled the day before they we were supposed to do the install. I call them at 5pm and booked them for the next day. I'm beyond grateful for their professionalism and keeping their word. The wallpaper looks amazing. The price was very fair. They worked non stop and cleaned up after themselves. This company is truly amazing. My husband and I hired Gerardo and his team to install textured wallpaper in our guest bathroom. There is nothing but good things to say about this company and their owner. We hired them to do a job in our condominium. They were very professional from the moment they answered the phone. When I originally called, it was 8 PM and i figured I would get the answering machine, however the owner answered and spoke to me to get all the details.
Once we agreed on the scope and price, the company showed up on time, completed the assignment on time and worked very clean throughout the process.
They are true professionals and I cant say enough how much i would recommend them.

I have to say that I've been working on this project for a while and I've met with many different vendors. Some good and some not so good. I have to say that I called a few places but D&L where the first one to return my calls and give me a quote. Given their amazing reputation here on house I decided to stick with them. I did reciew over quotes and I was by far getting the best deal with them. He came in a proffesional manner and got started on the job that same week I called. When he was done it was a dream come true... The wall paper gave my room life and it was placed perfectly. I knew I made the right choice with this company. Proffesional, Reasonal and reliable.

In planning our nursery we fell in love with Cole & Sons wallpaper "woods" (in a repeat pattern) to go behind our sons crib. We found D&L wallpaper through a friend who is an interior designer. We live in Coconut Grove and Gerardo came the same week to give us a quote for the room. We schedauled an appointment for the upcoming week. He brought an assistant and between the two of them finished the room in under an hour. He did not rush through the work, he just knows exactly what he is doing whereas I would imagine it would take someone else an entire afternoon to complete such a task. They cleaned up after themselves upon departure and we now have a beautifully styled nursery for the baby to come home to. I will continue to use them throughout my home for any wallpaper needs. Although not cheap, the price is reasonable and the quality of their work is apparent.

This review will be specific and to the point just like the service I received. I called at 1:35 talked to Gerardo told him what I wanted done. He said "no problem text me your address" then showed up at 2:45. We talked about the job and the quote was so good that they started right away. At 6.15 the job was complete and done to perfection. Another extremely satisfied client!!

If you are installing wallpaper, look no further and book Geraldo, immediately!
He is not an old school hanger, he is an artist.
We ordered a beautiful wall mural we had chosen online over the telephone without consulting an installation professional and well... we ordered incorrectly.
Thank goodness we had hired Geraldo. He patiently worked with us to find a solution (we were going to have to eat the cost of the mural and start over with a new order) He hand cut pieces and overlaid them in a way that none will be the wiser of our error. I challenge you to find a seam or the corrections in his work. We hired his company because I was impressed with his website and his installations both commercial and residential. But, I am writing this review because not only is work impeccable but, he saved our butts! And he was gracious, respectful of our home, takes tremendous pride in his art.
Let's put it this way... We hugged him heartily as he left.
If you are serious about your installation, this is seriously your guy!

Working with Gerardo from D&L wall design was great!!
We hired someone who was not inept to install wallpaper. We obviously needed to find someone who was highly recommended and skilled to fix the damage done. Thankfully Gerardo came on to remove the very expensive wallpaper, and reinstall that same product. He was even able to do so in the time constraint that we found ourselves in.
I would recommend working with D&L. It's is very hard to find a wallpaper installer who installs with minimal seams and gets a particular repeat just right.

D&L Wall Design installed a Peter Rabbit mural and a striped wallpaper in my baby's nursery. The room ended up so pretty that both my neighbors told me I should take photos and send them to a design magazine. I am very pleased with the work they did and I would certainly use them again for any new wallpaper installation. They were courteous, professional and have competitive prices.

I met Gerardo from D&L Wall design because he was highly recommended from Sunny South Paint store. I needed urgent help because I made an error when I believed my handyman when he told me he knew how to wallpaper. After wasting 2 rolls of expensive wallpaper, I called D&L for their opinion. I had to start over with D&L, but learned a lesson.....Use a Professional!! D&L, Gerardo and his guys are experts, they even gave me design advice. D&L was responsive, fast, and neat. I have a glamorous bathroom and the quality was top notch. Gerardo is clearly passionate about his trade.

I used D & L last year to wallpaper 4 rooms and just hired them again to do my entry foyer. They did a fantastic job the 1st time and did so again this time. Gerardo takes great pride in what he does and it shows. I couldn't be happier with the result.

#1 wall covering installer in south florida hands down. After a couple phone calls to other installers for quotes and some internet legwork I had made my choice. Its not everyday you find an installer that is on time and completely honest about the job and what it entails. These guys work diligently and clean. My wall was in great shape but still required a few hours of prep before the wallpaper was installed. I hired D&L wall design to liven up and change my living room area. The company owner arrived at my home promptly to show me the many options we had to change my boring living room area. I decided on painting and using strategically placed wallpaper on one of the walls. The enthusiasm of the owner was fantastic , as he could see in his mind the outcome of the project. The work was done in 1-2 days and was brilliant. I can't say enough things about the overall professionalism and quality of the company and work. I was very happy with the way my new and improved living room looked like. Going from an old fashioned boring look to a hip and modern look for a very good price. Now it was up to me to do the rest. I hired them again to paint a room in my home and although it was a simple job I was also very impressed at the outcome. I plan on calling them again for any future home improvements

D&L did an amazing job hanging the wallpaper in the nook area of my kitchen. They were extremely responsive when I reached out to them for an estimate and were willing to work with my budget. The job was completed two days after receiving the quote. Their work was neat and precise and Gerardo and the crew were professional and a pleasure to work with. I'd highly recommend D&L.

Super impressed with D&L quality of work, professionalism, and attention to detail. They were on time, finished quickly and cleaned up after themselves. Their attention to detail was fantastic. You can't even tell where the lines are in the wallpaper. Although we are still under construction, all my friends and family that have seen it are very impressed. I would highly recommend D&L to anyone that wishes to install wallpaper in any room.

My husband I sail around the world and have hundreds of paper charts.
I had a very challenging project in mind-- using our old nautical charts as the wallpaper in our 3 bathrooms. This company was up to the task and did an excellent job. They show up when they say they will. They are professional, knowledgeable and more than wallpaper hangers; they are artists who love what they do. They are true perfectionists. I feel very lucky to have found them and highly recommend this company.

My mothers vanity area and bathroom was in desperate need of something. Geraldo was quick to respond to my request for an estimate and to help me select the wallpaper to make this area 'Pop'. His arrival was on time and the Installation was professional. Almost a year and a half later, the paper remains in place and looking like it was just installed. The best part ... D&L did a wonderful job installing wallpaper in our powder room. They were extremely professional and proud of their work. They showed up on time which is rare in Miami! I highly recommend them. I was very happy with their work but it wasn't until after they left that I noticed what detail they put into the job. Beautilful, beautiful work.

I have been in the design and architecture for 25 years and have hung many rolls of wallpaper for clients, but I have never had a guy be so punctual be so presntable in fro=nt of a client always with a smile.
But the best part is he is the best at what he does. he hangs to perfection and takes pride doing it. he is neat does hiss job if there may be an imperfection left by others he makes sure it is corrected to ensure his work is perfect in the end.
I highly recommend D&L for all your wallpaper and painting. This guy is the best at hius trade and leaves the client smiling!

I had D&L install wallpaper in my dining room over this past weekend and I couldn't be happier!! The installation was done quickly and they paid great attention to detail and neatness. The wallpaper had a striped pattern with floral detail and you cannot tell where the design/paper ends and begins. They did an amazing job and I would definitely recommend D&L to my friends and family. I may use them again for another room!

As Gerardo says "I'M YOUR GUY", and he IS!
Gerardo of D&L Wall Design and his father in law George just completed a very big job for me and I would definitely recommend, and use them again.
I have a 2800 sq ft 3 bedroom condo and every room, closet and surface you can possibly imagine was covered with wallpaper from 1986. Not only that, but there were popcorn ceilings in all the rooms and closets too. What a job!!
But Gerardo had it all planned, and he knew exactly what to do and how to do it. Everything was scraped and sanded over and over, primed with three coats, painted with three coats and we went over everything until everything was done to my satisfaction. Now the whole apartment is a soft pearl color I'm glad we did it.
But being an excellent painter who worked hard and really cared about doing top quality work, wouldnt be enough for me to hire him or to recommend him.
I had to have someone I could REALY trust to be in the apartment alone working while I was away . Someone I had compete faith in with my home, my valuables and my cats while I was at work, and I trust Gerardo and George.
What impressed me also was how caring and helpful Gerardo is.
I'm a single woman. I don't know anything about painting and which kinds of light switches and vent covers or door frames to buy, so Gerardo went to Home Depot for me, brought back all the things we needed and then he installed them for me. Then he good naturedly spent time hanging all my pictures for me, some which weighed close to 100 lbs! George knows about electricity. He was able to do the switches so everything matched and even set up my cable box for me!
Gerardo cares about doing the job right, attending to all the details (and i'm a perfectionist ) and making sure that I was satisfied and happy.
It was also important for me to have someone with the kind of temperment I could work with every day for over a month until the project was completed. Gerardo is not a "prima donna" like some contractors Ive met. He is a very easy going, patient, nice guy, who works really hard, and who was a pleasure to have in my home.
Now that he's gone, I have to think of something else for him to do so he'll come back!

I hired D&L Wall Design to remove wallpaper in my Master Bedroom and my Master Bathroom, and then to paint both rooms.
The price that I paid to have this work done was reasonable and fair.
Junior from D&L Wall Design was prompt every morning and very professional. He worked quickly and did not even take a break for lunch.
His job performance was excellent and up to the highest standards.
He made my Master Bedroom and Master Bathroom look brand new!
