We hired Waver to extend our existing basement, this feedback is based on our experience. We signed contract with weaver end of Sep/Aug first of 2022, with an agreement project will take about 4 months approximately as per their contract. They didn't submit plans till end of Jan and completed the project in Sep 2023. We had to follow up multiple times after deposit as they were radio silent. They are over promise and under deliver for sure. May be they do fine if its a remodel and not addition. Here is why 2 stars: Communication - When we met for project walk through, we did a complete walk through. Nothing was taken note of, we had keep reminding them multiple times what was discussed. Next day work is supposed to be communicated in advance, its always the night before or the day of. Integrity - This is where it gets 0 stars, We discussed both with project manager and the owner multiple times about few things, they understood and agreed. When it comes to execution, they acted like it was never mentioned before, Their contract budget line items are summaries, so we assumed details doesnt need to go in it. For ex: Wired for garbage disposal but installation is not included. The owner knows his contract, he knows how to work around it. The contract is very one sided and he definitely uses it to his advantage. if you are in contract with them do yourself a huge favor and get it reviewed. Budget - Within the first month of starting work, they went over budget for electrical line item by 110%, the excuse - they miscalculated the effort, its not a small amount its almost 5 digits. No accountability for their error, we should have call it a loss and quit with these guys. We had to cut budget in other areas, we tried to get certain things done outside for low cost but, the owner always finds a way to add their overhead and other costs so it doesnt make sense for us to use alternative options. This is where their work delivery started going downhill. Quality - Meh its ok! not as high quality as they make it sound to be, they are design build firm but they nickel and dime you. Quality control docent exist in their company Customer Service - This gets 0 stars too, the owner started acting in a retaliation mode after the electrical drama, I could write a whole page but a good example, we communicated the final check list need to wait till city final inspection. He didn't acknowledge or respond to email, but when it came to final check list he said we are over 7 days of the majority completion and as per contract they dont have to do anything but, if they do final check list its a courtesy?? yes we should have read the contract, didnt expect them to take advantage of us. He could have responded and told us that as per contract we have to do it. Nope, nothing was said, Weaver didnt function anything more than a GC for quality or customer engagement. In Short, spend some time and money and get legal advise before signing anything with these folks.

We recommend Weaver Construction enthusiastically! We worked with Weaver on a complete remodel and are so happy with the process and the result! Weaver made the intimidating process of remodeling a house very approachable. Cam came out for an initial consultation, listened to our ideas, and provided feedback on possibilities. Based on the proposed budget and scope, we decided moved forward with the plan to remodel the entire house. From the plans to the final product, Cam and his team listened to and respected our goals, ideas, and constraints. Somehow, in a global pandemic and with massive supply chain issues, Weaver brought our project in on time and very close to budget. We were even able to use some of our contingency budget to get some extra nice-to-haves. Every single person that worked on our project was pleasant, knowledgeable, and skilled. At every stage of the process we felt like the team listened to our ideas and goals and helped us find practical and budget-friendly ways of implementing them. Melissa, at the front office, managed to make the admin part of the building process clear and easy. There were several hiccups with our bank and various government entities, which Melissa handled beautifully. We also worked closely with the site superintendent, Donovan, on the finish details. Under Donovan’s watch and with Efrain’s help, every element of the interior was completed with care and precision. We had a lot of input and control over the project but received excellent guidance too. The end result is a beautiful, functional, comfortable house that fits our family perfectly. Cam, Bill, Santa Maria, and the entire team take great pride in their work and the results show. If you get the chance to work with Weaver Construction, take it!

I reached out to Weaver Construction for a single-family house remodel project last December. I heard about them through a friend who recommended them to us. Surely I was not disappointed. Cameron replied my email quickly. We were able to schedule a free on-site estimation soon after in early Jan. To compare across companies, we also scheduled two other companies for onsite estimates. Cameron and Santa got to the job site 5 minutes before the scheduled time; in contrast, for the other two companies, one was late and the other had to reschedule, because our project might not be big enough for them. Also one of the two companies after they measured everything, they never ended up writing a quote for us. In contrast, we got a written quote from Cameron and Santa quickly after the onsite estimate. They were so nice to spend substantial amount of time on the site with us and sharing the pros and cons of different remodeling options. Our local real estate market is so hot. I am sure that every construction company in this area is busy. Under this circumstance, the true character of a company starts to show. Weaver Construction demonstrates their care for a new customer who may not bring them a huge, lucrative deal. They demonstrate professionalism.

Exceptional! Our project was on budget and completed in a timely fashion. We really appreciated their professionalism and excellent communication. Their skill and experience were apparent throughout the entire process, and they gave us great suggestions that we never would have thought of ourselves. We will absolutely contact them again when we're ready for our next project.

My wife and I could not be happier with our experience with Weaver Construction. They brought in our first floor (including complete kitchen) renovation on time and on budget. What impressed me most was their excellent communication throughout the process. These renovations can certainly be stressful, but we felt like we were in good hands from start to finish and are delighted with the end result.

Weaver Construction got our kitchen remodel done under budget and to our expectations. Cam and Santa stayed on top of communications and would let us know whenever there was a change in cost. We had a slight delay due to the material we picked for the counters but Weave Construction gave us some recommendations to help us get back on the timeline. We have some other small projects in the near future and would use them again.

Weaver Construction (no relation) accomplished a nearly impossible feat in beautifully restoring my entire 1954 Fred Bassetti-designed midcentury modern home through a down-to-the-studs renovation. Their craftsmanship and ability to enhance my vision was more than I could have ever expected! For example, it was Cam's suggestion to use clear cedar for the ceilings and soffits, which is now the most striking feature of the home. He also made sure we found the right door and window package to compliment the design. Weaver Construction was able to work with the nuances of an old home - unevenness, rot, systems that needed to be fully replaced, and a flat roof and slab foundation which meant very little space to run systems in an unobstructed way. Further, they worked through the complicated process of bringing a nearly 70 year-old home up to the current building code. I can say definitively that the final product would not have been anything close to the unique and beautiful home that it is without their expertise. I would highly recommend this company to anyone for their unparalleled quality, excellent design, and care. If you want things done right, this is the right company for you.

Over the last seven years Weaver Construction has worked on several projects and remodels for us. Their outstanding performance has resulted in several family members and friends also using them. Recently, Weaver Construction completed a total remodel of our master bathroom. This remodel utilized a high end fixtures and finishes. It required the relocation of several fixtures from their original locations. Performing this in a 60 year old house was not without its challenges. Weaver Construction and their subs were up to all challenges including those to the cost and schedule. Bill Weaver does a really good job of communicating project status, options and schedule. It was a pleasure to work with such skilled professionals and we couldn't be happier.

The two-star description is "Just okay. Could have been better." but I would not recommend this company to anyone, so it had to be one star. The first meeting with the son, Cam Weaver, was fine, he seemed professional and surveyed my water damaged kitchen in a timely manner. I chose Weaver Construction to repair my kitchen and to do a few upgrades to it because they were a small business, could start right away, had good reviews here on Houzz, and as stated, seemed professional. They rebuilt a few cabinets, redid the floor, installed new countertops and backsplash, and a few other small misc things. Trying to make a long story short, Cam argued with me constantly over email about the wording of the scope of work on the invoice, what work would be performed, and what was actually billed. It was stressful from beginning to end. He quoted me one price for doing an upgraded tile backsplash, and then claimed it did not include materials (unlike every other line item on the invoice and contrary to the clearly worded contract I signed which said he provided material). Curiously the wording was then changed to " install customer provided tile backsplash". I provided the contract and multiple screenshots of the invoice before the wording was changed but ultimately I paid extra on top of the quoted price for the tile. Should have just cut my losses there. There was an electrician issue he refused to look into (turns out it was the tile guy, which they refuse to acknowledge), damage to the ceiling they won't fix because I don't have paint to match and holes in the brand new white laminated MDF board that they did a terrible job patching instead of replacing once they realized their mistake. I cannot stress enough that I do not recommend this company to anyone. They agreed to the insurance price and then just constantly tried to get more money out of me. Cam was terroble to deal with and while Bill, the dad, did try and their lead worker was friendly, I had to deal with Cam to pay. One example was charging me 90 dollars after the fact when the worker cut half an inch off a sliding door to fit over new floor that was installed. I guess cutting the story short didn't work. Don't choose these guys. The pictures I’ve posted are damages to ceiling and MDF after I pointed them out and they attempted to repair. It shows yellow caps for screws on my white MDF and gouges and cracks left behind.

We took an old house and tore it down. Bill and Cam built us the new one in its place. It came out better than we expected, and we had high expectations. The house went on the market and in the first day we had multiple offers. It ended up selling for 10% over asking price.

Bill and Cam did a great job. considering they do really high end homes I felt that my project was low budget but cost were similar to the high end homes they do. But I had to educate myself. I would higher them for another big project

Bill and Cam Weaver did an outstanding job completing our recent home remodeling project. The project was not straightforward and required a lot of problem solving. Weaver Construction demolished a huge brick wall and fireplace that separated our kitchen and living room creating more of an open concept. In addition, we had them tear out windows and replace with french sliders, build a new see through fireplace in the center of the room, replace carpeting throughout the upstairs with wood floors that matched our existing unique floors and repair the cedar ceiling. There were many design elements that we wanted to maintain and they did an excellent job making it look seamless. I can't say enough about the expertise and professionalism of the crew who worked on the project. Bottom line, the project was completed on time and within the agreed upon budget. We definitely will use Weaver Construction again!

The work was just excellent. They adjusted to my work schedule to work on the house. That helps a lot! I love the flooring they suggested for the house. Very flexible in things that needed done. I would refer them to my friends and relatives. Pricing wise, they are reasonable.

Weaver turned our empty bonus room to a bunk bedroom of any kid's dream. It was my first remodeling experience and Weaver made me wonder where all the horrible remodeling rumors come from. Cam (the son) came in to provide a quote and he answered all my questions to ensure that the items I order online are workable (light fixtures, pull drawer handle, climbing rope). I bugged him at least 10 times before the project started. By the time when the work began, I had everything other than the rope delivered and ready to go. I picked out the bunk bed design from Pinterest, and Bill (the father) designed and collaborated with me actively. The lower level of the bunk bed is very roomy and extra tall that any adult doesn't feel they are trapped at all. Bill and I worked together to measure how tall and wide each section should be and he does his magic. The drawer was custom built with a self-closing feature, definitely a high-end drawer. What I love the most about the Weaver Team was that everyone (painter, electrician, and carpenters) let me know when they are arriving via texting. My schedule was also flexible and I was in no rush due to guests visiting during Thanksgiving & Christmas. Bill kept the promise to make the bunkbed functional before my guests showed up! This room is our favorite room now. I simply enjoy working with nice people and they exceeded my expectation. I am so happy to hear that their company is growing and I look forward to the next project with Weaver Team.

Weaver Construction did a great job helping us build our dream fireplace and media setup! We had an old fireplace that we wanted to re-frame to support a mounted TV and new gas insert. They managed the construction of the framing for the new fireplace and worked closely with the fireplace company to ensure everything was done to spec and to code. This was invaluable for us as this was not a turn-key project and definitely required some problem solving and logistics! Especially when it came to re-using existing pieces of the fireplace, like the built-in bench and the mantle. These were original pieces we wanted to keep, and they made it happen! We are loving the final product and added comfort to our home!!

Weaver Construction recently completed (on time and on budget) a repair to our deck including replacing the railing. Bill was very helpful in keeping the cost as low as possible while not compromising quality. We are very pleased with the final result and have already scheduled additional work.

Being without a kitchen while it is being remodeled is never easy so we were very interested in having the project timeline compressed as much as possible. From start to finish, it only took them 6 weeks which was well under what we were expecting given the amount of work that was necessary. We bought a new construction home this year that Weaver Construction had been working on for some time. The design and quality of the house is amazing and our entire family is so pleased with our new home. This house immediately stood out to me amongst the others while my husband and I were home shopping. Cam did a wonderful job remodeling my Condo, we had a little hitch from my HOA but he handled it for me & finished yesterday with the complete floor to ceiling remodel with beautiful counters & updated bathroom too .

I've hired numerous remodeling contractors over the years and Weaver Construction is top-notch, they handled my bathroom remodel in late 2017. Excellent communication, follow-up and follow through from day one until the project was completed. As with most remodeling projects, you never know exactly what the job entails until walls are exposed...they worked with me and explained all adjustments that deviated from our original plan so things were done correctly. I especially appreciated all the minor details they handled that weren't expected but needed, like how they secured a loose structural wall joist to the floor - little things that they knew was the right thing to do.

It was a pleasure working along side Bill, Cam and their entire professional team. They helped to create a one of a kinda space that was full of custom details and unique touches to help curate a truly remarkable re-designed space for our client. We hired Weaver Construction to complete a bathroom remodel. When we initially contacted them for quote they were responsive and provided a detailed itemized quote. We were pleased with the detail and costs. We were very pleased with their suggestions on how to handle our bathroom space and accomplish what we wanted to get done. As the project proceeded we found their communication to be great. We were always notified of what work was to be done next and any information they needed from us regarding material decisions, etc. Project proceeded on budget and we are very happy with the final results. Our bathroom looks amazing, the new layout gives us more space, and the finish work looks great. We also added 2 projects a plumbing upgrade and converting a back door into picture window during the bathroom remodel. All 3 projects turned out great. We would recommend Weaver and use them again in the future.

We had our old 1974 bathroom completely gutted and redone. The finish work and project detail are completed exactly as we wanted with quartz slabs on the vanity and in the shower and the tile floor flowing seamlessly into the frameless shower. This is the third project we have had Weaver Construction do for us since July of 2015 as we are remodeling a 1974 condo. We have always been pleased with the workmanship and over all finished work. Without a doubt we will be contacting this company for our future projects.

Bill Weaver and his crew transformed our old, dated 1980s era kitchen; it went from feeling closed in and small to wide open and roomy. Each member of Bill's team was a true professional every step of the way. Our project was finished within the time frame promised, and except for an unexpected rotten wall behind our kitchen sink, we were able to stay within the budget of our original contract agreement. The quality of their work is indicative of their many years of construction experience, and it was apparent to us that Bill cares about the integrity of his work. Weaver construction did a wonderful job transforming our kitchen and main floor living space. Our 1926 Tudor had not been upgraded since the late 50's. Weaver construction took our general design criteria (open floor / work triangle) and worked magic in making it a reality. Best of all they moved quickly thru the project and stayed within budget. The before and after pictures speak for themselves. Bill and his team are very skilled, each problem they encountered in digging thru our old walls and ceiling to create the open concept design was solved and communicated to us along the way. I was very impressed and highly recommend them for any home renovation project.

We hired Bill to renovate our kitchen, bathroom, and take down a wall. We wanted to use the existing kitchen cabinets, but rework them to have a corner sink and paint them white. Bill did a fantastic job reworking the corner unit - it looks like it was always that way! We also had Bill build an end unit next to the stove, and he matched it perfectly to our cabinets that it also looks original to the house. Bill is very professional, easy to work with, and takes pride in his work. The few occasions where an issue arised, he was eager to make it right. Bill and his team stuck to the timeline and estimates he gave us. We added a few extra tasks along the way, and he provided updated estimates. I highly recommend Bill and his team!

Bill and Cam built our getaway in the San Juan Islands. We provided heavily forested, raw land and a set of lovely architectural plans. We started the project with no power or water, made decisions while sitting around the campfire, and worked through logistics and details while enjoying the beauty of the setting. Our beveled cedar siding with mitered corners, Ipe deck with hidden fasteners and cedar soffits with woven corners showcase their fine homebuilding workmanship.
