I signed a contract with this contractor in Feb. 2022 and nothing has been done. I keep getting one excuse after another. There was poor communication from the start, had to nag just to get an answer. 6 months later there is still nothing, no plan and no timeline. Started to blame me for the lack of progress stating that I was unreasonable for the delays. Stay away.

We have utilized the skills of Pro Visions Build and Remodel LLC for two of our house projects that have helped to create our visions for outdoor living space. They were able to turn our ideas for a pergola into a perfect outdoor living room area for our family to enjoy. Prior to the pergola, Pro Visions Build and remodel was able to add stacked stone around our hot tub to blend in the stacked stone around the outdoor kitchen. We enjoyed our planning discussions for both projects as Dan and Deb have great inputs into design options, preparing design models to help visualize the design, and communicating the project schedule. We plan to utilize their services again for future projects and would recommend to others as well.
