If service is important to you, don't waste your money. I had to return two lights (not inexpensive, by the way) because they were too small for the space we remodeled. Great product, but the return policy is ridiculous. Turns out the "30 day easy return" touted on the website is not so easy after all. On a $390 purchase, it still cost me $35 in return shipping plus a 15% return restocking fee--and that's returning the product well within the return window. They would've hit me, too, with outbound shipping had it applied. Shop elsewhere.

Would not let me return a light that was only a couple days outside of their 30 day return policy, even though I purchased the same light in a different color style. Poor customer service.

As expressed in our email reply to you, we feel it is important that you understand our suppliers/manufacturers only allow returns on products up to 30 days after receipt of the order.

I highly recommend any purchase from WeGotLites for any of your lighting needs (they also sell Home Decor). I ordered five ceiling fans with lights and they are a great neutral, quiet and an all-around great product. But the reason why I write this review is that my electrician accidentally broke one of the fan lights. I tried to find something similar at Home Depot but nothing worked. I contacted WeGotLites and they shipped a new glass light fixture that exactly matched the original at no charge and it arrived quickly. That is fantastic customer service. They also were quick to respond to my question about replacing the light fixture and went the "extra mile" to help me. I will certainly do more business with this company!

I had the pleasure of working with Megan on an issue with a chandelier. Even though the issue itself was not fixed due to We Got Lights no longer carrying the fixture. Her prompt communication through the entire process made me feel like I was her #1 customer and the issue was in great hands. Even though the item could not be replaced, Megan worked with her management to offer a suitable solution.

Joshua is a pleasure to do business with! He was very attentive and polite. Their fixtures are all beautiful. I love the fixture I purchased for my home, and I receive many compliments on it. I will go back to purchase more fixtures as I renovate my home. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family.

I purchased two hanging fixtures for my home - a kitchen pendent and dining room chandelier. Could not be happier with my purchases! I even decided to have a custom shade made for the chandelier to replace the one that came with it and it was no problem at all. Would highly recommend.

We have purchased items from them several times, and have always found them helpful and extremely knowledgeable about the products they were offering for sale. We were looking for recessed lighting and my husband and I went with the alternative they suggested. We couldn't be happier and have gotten a ton of compliments about the style and durability of the lights. Salespeople are friendly, knowledgeable and the selection is endless. They spend as much time with you as you need, never rushing you and answering all your questions. We have recommended "WE GOT LITES" to family and friends and everyone has had a great experience working with them.

I had an awesome experience and have referred friends as well. You know you must be good when you make an out of the way trip just to place an order. I live in Delaware and it was nothing for me to make the trip to New York, so I could have a beautifully decorated home.
