Om os

Established in 1981. Western Rooter began a family business over 35 years ago in a small office located in Monterey Park. The company started with one goal in mind - to provide low cost quality rooter service for the community. Working hard to maintain honesty and integrity, it wasn't long before the company began to grow. Referrals have been the key to the success and expansion of the company. It continues to grow - one valued customer at a time and its services have greatly expanded. We now offer a wide range of service to much of Southern California. Western Rooter moved there office to the city of Arcadia in 1996. There is one thing that remains the same: We love what we do and our service reflects that. Just had Arnold and Leo out to our house over Memorial Day weekend. Major clog in our pipe outside. It was a big clog. Every step of the way Arnold explained what was happening showing us with the camera where the clog was and they both worked together. Great team work. They even cleaned the bathroom for us!! Very excellent work. We are very pleased with the outcome.

We recently had a pipe crack from our upstairs bathroom causing extensive leaking, falling plaster, and damaged wood lath. We contracted Western Rooter to troubleshoot and repair the damage. The plumber, Isaias, who came to do the repairs was courteous and respectful. He arrived promptly, was communicative about the issues and the solution, and handled the job professionally. In the past we have contracted Western Rooter to do small maintenance jobs and have received good service from Danny. I would strongly recommend Western Rooter for any big or small plumbing job because they have consistently provided good service, great communication over the phone, and fair pricing.

Western Supreme Rooter is the best plumbing company I've ever worked with. I have been managing HOA's for 8 years and have dealt with many plumbing companies, but none this good. Their technicians and staff provide the best quality customer service and are very thorough and responsive. Even their invoices are very detailed and easy to read. I highly recommend this company for big and small jobs and trust they will do the best and most efficient work without having to monitor them.
