I went to the Battersea branch to discuss getting a bath. We weren’t sure of the size as building work was not finished, so asked if we could return it. No problem they said. The day it was delivered it was clear we could fit in a bigger one in and so returned it. The bath was sent back with all original packaging but a flimsy cardboard cover for the top was squished. Due to this they refused a refund. Keeping this easily discarded bit of cardboard was never mentioned at our initial consultation/sales-pitch. WestOne instead said we could sell it on EBay. Having a small baby and a job I don’t have time to become a bath salesman. They also delivered some bath feet we didn’t order which we returned unopened. Despite many follow up emails and phone calls we were never refunded for these either. They have taken hundreds of pounds from us and given us nothing. Awful company with dreadful customer service.

We liaise with Steve Reidy and he couldn't be more helpful in assisting us on projects. He's extremely helpful and always able to make amendments to orders or offer suggestions and alternatives to cater to different budgets and styes. Would highly recommend West One, and certainly Steve for procurement of anything bathroom related, from sanitary ware to bespoke products and bathroom furniture.

I worked with Eva and the team at West One Bathrooms London in 2017 to source the products for a project we were working on in St John's Wood, London. Eva was available at short notice for questions and meetings and was able to work to a tight deadling. I will be working with them again on future projects and have no hesitation in recommending them.
