Donny was really wonderful to work with and the pool table is gorgeous! We don't normally make such large purchases sight unseen, but Donny sent lots of pictures and samples and made us feel confident about making the purchase. The delivery was fast, the installation team was professional, and the pool table and matching dining top are of highest quality. We are really happy with our purchase - thank you!

I wanted to refurbish my table which has been in the family for approximately 20 years. I couldn't find anybody who would work with me to get the job done. Every company I contacted seemed to not want the work or were afraid of taking on this project. Then I found Donny and West State Billiards. Not only did they willingly take on the project they knocked it out of the park. Donny had great ideas for the refurbishment and executed them to perfection. Obviously I am a very satisfied customer and I highly recommend this company.

West State Billiards worked with me to find the perfect pool table for the job. Donny was patient and provided many options for me to choose from. They have a great selection! I worked with him solely over the phone and email because I did not have time to go in, which can be risky, but was so please with the results. I will definitely be back next time I need a pool table.

We have worked with West State Billiards on several projects and have never been disappointed. Donny was very hands on and always made sure everything was perfect down to the last detail. We will definitely use them again on future projects.

We recently purchased a custom pool table, shuffle board table and foosball table from West State Billiards. We worked with Donny. I shopped all over the Inland Empire and ended up in Orange County with them because they had such a large variety to choose from and a showroom that displayed more pool tables than in all the previous stores I had visited....combined. All items were ordered, built and delivered to Mammoth Lakes in a timely manner. The delivery cost was very reasonable, especially since they were driving 6 hours to deliver and install. The installers were great and very cautious of my new house including all walls and floors during set up. I would highly recommend them. It is worth the trip wherever you are in Southern California to be able to see in person so many pool tables.

I am interior designer based in Austin, TX. Donny did an incredible job working with me to provide the exact custom pool table I envisioned for my client. I am extremely pleased with the overall quality and end result. He always was quick to respond and happy to provide samples etc. An overall great experience. Will definitely work with him again.

APT Design Studio

I worked with Donny at West State on purchasing a pool table and shuffleboard for an apartment community's clubroom. Donny was quick to provide a quote and answer my many questions on the sizes and finishes of the pool table and shuffleboard to help me select exactly what I was looking for. I had the same items quoted from another company in the area and West State had better pricing. The install was professional and everything looked great. I would highly recommend West State for their great pricing, products, and customer service. I would definitely use them again!
