We have worked with The Williams Company for nearly 15 year. Steve has built an organization that is very experienced with residential construction, and importantly in project management. They balance the collaboration of clients, consultant's, and skilled artisans in a professional and effective way. As a Landscape Architect, I appreciate the opportunity to be part of the team early on, and working creatively with Steven as design opportunities arise during the construction process. Six Walls Interior Design

On behalf of our entire team at Six Walls, it has been our extreme pleasure to partner with TWC on a large scale remodel of a Mercer Island home, for a sweet family that lost their home in house fire about 18 months prior. The entire team at TWC as been so professional at every twist & turn of this extensive remodel. We would happily refer them to other clients in the future, and look forward to partnering on more projects with their clients in the months & years ahead. We are so grateful to them and their subs for turning our clients home back into their dream home, after the devastation of the fire! We hired TWC for a substantial exterior remodel of our 45 unit apartment building in North Seattle. This was a complex job that dealt with a number of siding materials and building systems not to mention significant disruption to our tenant base. TWC sheparded the job along within price guidance and within needed timeframe; not to mention they did a great job interfacing with our tenants and other vendors. TWC delivered with flying colors! We would happily use them again and provide highest recommendation to other potential customers.
