“We are working with John to convert our three-family Sunnyside Gardens townhouse to a one-family home. John presented several creative options to reconfigure our second floor and to connect the first and second floors. After finalizing the drawings, he managed the contractor bidding process; we decided on the contractor John recommended (who is also an excellent, top-notch professional). During construction, he has reviewed the progress of the work and has quickly managed any needed adjustments. John is efficient, responsive, and incredibly easy to work with. We have already recommended John to several friends and will happily continue to do so!”

“Marvin, Rene and the entire team at Clawson Architects knocks it out of the park EVERY time I work with them. I am a building materials retailer and every time I see a plan out of their office I breath a sigh of relief. The thorough, and I mean THOROUGH attention to detail in both design direction and product selection is second to none. Marvin's ability to consider every aspect from budget to execution is exemplary; it is a rare talent that can consider each and every part of your house - fully zoomed in too a door hardware or window sash detail, zoomed out all the way out to an entire facade. All design language, uber-modern contemporary, arts and crafts, tudor, victorian; they get fully respected and thoughtfully executed by this firm. When I get a set of plans from a contractor, and that big letter "C" is in the upper right corner, I know there is little thought or creative input needed on my end. Each plan set provides staggering detail and truly gives a sense of the end result. Marvin's attention during each project ensures it will come to fruition in totality and that no detail is overlooked. And to tour the end result is to step into a showpiece of the highest caliber, inspiration found around each corner. If given the opportunity to work with these fine folks, take it. I've not met a client of theirs who does not rave about the process or end result.”

We have a very complex property so this involved applying for variances and many steps to have this approved.
