“Jim Dixon and his team members are amazing! We tore down a newer addition to an old farm house and JDA designed an addition that worked better for our family. We chose JDA because we knew they had expertise in renovating old homes in a respectful manner. They listened to what we wanted and delivered something even better than we could have imagined. Their attention to detail was excellent and their communication with us was timely, on target, often funny. They always seemed able to resolve issues as they came up, in fact many times they resolved the issue before we were even aware of it. The project turned out beautifully and we enjoyed the process at every step. We would definitely recommend them to anyone.”

“Jimmy designed our house,from the ground up and he and Lin Chamberlin built it - we could not be happier. It was a wonderful and easy experience working with them, and the result is a great, comfortable and charming home. Jimmy and his staff were at all times helpful and responsive, and Lin and his crew were the same. The house was built on time, in spite of difficult conditions, (unseasonable ice, and cold) and is solid - warm in the winter, cool in the summer, and easy to live in. Jimmy was and is flexible and responsive in his approach to our needs, while maintaining a wonderful design esthtic that has garnered many compliments. I highly recommend Jimmy for any project. ”
