“Shari Mullins designed and completed a project to convert a garage, building a barn to replace the garage space, and creating a one bedroom apartment in it's place. She listened carefully to our dreams and drew up plans. These proved to be exactly what we wanted! The process was not speedy. We discovered the septic system needed to be replaced and the plumbing system was dissolving. We decided to add a bathroom and a closet to the room above the garage. Shari worked with determination and professionalism, finding the right specialists and contractors, keeping the permits on schedule and the work moving forward. She always responded quickly to calls, texts and emails. She were always here when they said she would be here. She listened to concerns and addressed them immediately, willing to make adjustments and improvements as needed. She put an effort into finding the best quality materials we could afford. She kept the contractors on schedule and handled any disputes. We didn't have to worry about anything. It took about a year, but we love the results and have no regrets! It does not look anything like a 'converted garage'. It did cost more than expected due to pre-existing conditions and upgrade decisions. Shari takes great pride in their work and I would recommend her for any project, both personal and commercial. It was a joy to work with her!”

“Cr3 does amazing work. From the foundation through the final attention to detail, Craig did a wonderful job. Having been in the building world myself, I can unequivocally say that he truly builds from the ground up. Much of what is unseen, Craig was able to design and build a very solid home though his use of steel i-beams and i-joists, to his use of spray foam and sealing the home. Taking the extra step is what he does to get it done correctly. We have had only praise from those visiting our home in both design and beauty. Craig was able to seamlessly join both beauty and strength into this home for us to enjoy. We have been contacted by Craig long after the build to ask if he could show off his work to others, and to all, that says a lot about his pride/love of his work.”

“CCI did an outstanding job helping us create a backyard paradise. From the brainstorming to the project execution, they were terrific! Our home is almost 100 years old in a historic district, so it was important to us that the finished result blended with the classic lines. Their attention to detail was extraordinary, and Dan Cotton's ability to create from, fit, function, and beauty is wonderful! He is crewtive, collaborative, candid, and uses his expertise to encourage us to consider alternatives that we hadn't considered. They worked seamlessly with our contractor and often made suggestions that improved the overall outcome. We were thrilled with CCI, loved working with them, and highly recommend their services!”
