“Les is an excellent architect! When I needed help with getting planning permission for my glamping pods, he was my go-to guy. Not only did he know all the local regulations inside and out, but he was also on top of getting all the necessary surveys done. Les didn't just agree with whatever the planning officer said - he challenged them when needed and really advocated for me. From putting together detailed bids to surveying potential builders' work, he guided me through the whole process professionally. What I really appreciated was how available Les made himself for my questions. His responses were always prompt, and he took the time to explain everything clearly. He'll give you honest advice without any nonsense and his opinions are unbiased. Les is highly skilled at what he does and his pricing is very reasonable. It's refreshing to find someone so competent who also charges fairly. When it came time to get planning for my garage conversion, Les handled all the revisions I requested seamlessly. His drawings were incredibly detailed and thorough. I can't recommend Les highly enough. Whether it's glamping pods or garage conversions, he's simply the best in the business.
