“The Finecraft team (Miriam, Diego, Felix, and Francesca) helped us fix many issues relating to our St. Pete home that we purchased in 2023. The home is a beautiful four-story brownstone. However, the home had some significant hidden issues. There was mold in the ceilings and walls on three of the floors which had to be remedied followed by much reconstruction work. The top floor had experienced some leaks over the years without being properly fixed. A number of walls needed to be repaired and replaced, as well as wooded cabinets and a bar. The FineCraft team saved as much as they could, and then perfectly matched the replacement material (and they also replaced the ice machine). In addition, the top balcony doors were not properly secured, and with the most recent significant hurricane, the entire floor on the fourth floor and the ceiling and walls of the main bedroom underneath had to be replaced. Major work was needed over the course of many months. The home is now in great shape, and we are now having big family events over the coming holidays. The FineCraft team made this possible. Thanks to them!!!”

“Paola was our architect on a gut renovation of our 100 year-old Tudor home. We'd initially chosen another architect for the project but then felt somewhat lukewarm about the initial ideas presented. We are glad we eventually switched to Paola. She listened to what we wanted and delivered a plan that was what we told her we wanted and more. And it didn't end there. Any renovation project, we eventually realized, has to be designed twice - once based on what you expect at the outset and another based on what you actually find when the house gets torn down. We ran into some challenges and also pleasant surprises at that point. Paola worked with them to develop a new plan that was even stronger. Then, she proceeded to oversee construction with great focus and an eye for details that we would not have even thought of. Most people dread the idea of home renovation. But with Paola, it was fun. Along the way, as she explained her thought process, we got a little bit of design education, and she was open to our ideas and input, which made us feel like part of a creative team. We highly recommend working with her if you're looking for an architect who knows modern design.”
