“Heidi and H2D were fantastic to work with! Our project included removing walls to create a larger kitchen / dining area, full kitchen remodel, vaulting ceilings, flipping our main stairs, 2 bathroom renovations, an open screen wall, as well as a new layout for our family room, laundry room and office. Heidi listened to our needs and created several plan options for us. There were definitely some creative ideas in there that had not occurred to us. Heidi was always professional and showed great attention to detail. Our project started pre-Covid and continued through Covid. We did not miss a beat with Heidi. She worked with the city and engineers to navigate permits and requests. There were of course a few curveballs thrown our way and Heidi was always unflappable and helpful even when we were stressing. She was easily reachable during our project when questions came up or changes needed to be made. Only after our project was complete could we really understand (and see) the complexity of her work. Our house now has an open feel and a great flow that makes sense. We are excited for our family to grow and make memories in our new home. Thank you Heidi and Team H2D!”
