Shaun Fogarty at Norwood Architects was a great partner throughout the planning, design, and construction of Close Company Atlanta. Shaun helped align design ideas, kitchen and equipment planning, and the infrastructure realities of the existing building so everything came together cleanly and confidently. It was also reassuring to know that Shaun was regularly visiting the site, checking in with the contractor, and raising flags quickly when we needed a solution. This allowed the Owner's Team to stay focused on creating a standout space instead of worrying about loose ends. The finished result is a strong, well-executed asset in the Gin & Luck portfolio, and we’d gladly work with him and Norwood Architects again.”

“Anne was amazing in helping us take our house that was not meeting our growing needs but was in the correct location and transforming it in ways that were better than we could have ever imagined. She was a careful listener, which showed from the first set of plans that incorporated so much of what we had asked for and things we didn't even know we needed/wanted. Her design was beautiful and fits well within our historic neighborhood. It was also functional with things like closets in every corner they would fit, knowing our family of five is always in need of storage. Anne was also very open to feedback and revised anything we asked. She also worked with us to help us meet the neighborhood zoning rules as well as those of the City of Atlanta. We would recommend her without any reservation! We used her for a big remodel in 2015 and another in 2023.”

“I'm a builder and had another designer that I had used for years, but she was on vacation for 2 weeks and I really needed to get the ball rolling. Found Rick on Houzz, and I will not be going back to my old designer. Rick provided the best set of plans I ever had, and his background in construction was a plus. Most designers I've met don't know a thing about construction, but because of Rick's background, whenever I had a question about the design, including framing he was able to answer my questions help me come up with ideas if needed. Contractors and homeowners can't go wrong with hiring Rick.”
