“We actually began a remodel of our kitchen and master bedroom with a design/build firm other than Sardone/McLain. After a few months of back-and-forth with the designer and builder it became apparent that they didn't really seem interested in anything other than getting the contract. We'd also started hearing stories from our neighbors about the firm not finishing jobs in a timely manner, and going days or weeks without showing up. Even though we'd already spent several thousand dollars with them we decided to look at other firms. Through Houzz we found Sardone / McLain. When they took over this project, they came over and wanted to know how we live in our house. they asked "What are the things about the house you love? What are the things that you would like to see better. How do you use it? Where do you spend most of your time? Where do your guests congregate?" They got to know US first, and that comfort level you can't put a price on. Sardone/McLain then coupled a beautiful design and superior craftsmanship to create a space we absolutely love.
