“These guys deliver! They also go above and beyond. If you want cutting edge contemporary architecture, a high level of originality while still delivering to your own brief they can do it. Funnily enough the best piece of space they created for us was not any kind of grand gesture but a simple dining room/living/ working space where the proportions are just so right that it is great to just be there. “I was feeling very daunted at the prospect of aquiring architect drawings and building calculations for a small extension. The project would not require planning permission and i was reluctant to spend a large portion of my budget on plans. A search lead me to houseplans which i quickly realised was the company for us. Steve provides a clear indication of his services with a clear pricing structure. He visited the property and spent considerable time and care getting all the correct measurements. The plans were completed and forwarded to me in good time whilst also allowing for me to make any alterations as needed. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.”
