“I have known Richard Brown since 2002 when, after a search, we retained him to design our residence in Lake Oswego, Oregon. Richard’s experience and the simplicity, elegance, creativity, and practicality of his portfolio sold us. We were not disappointed. The project was a tremendous success and we still live in the amazing product of his teamwork and design excellence. So when we bought another property on our street, it was Richard we called. He again did a great job of working with us while making the design an amazing piece of residential architecture on Oswego Lake. Richard and his team did an expert job of fitting the requirements of lot space and zoning into an outstanding place to live and enjoy. The views and living spaces are incredibly rich and welcoming. We were once again delighted with our choice of Richard and his team to do the creative and practical work that made the project not just a success but something to make us proud. We did not build the house. Late in the project we decided to see if we could sell the property (a dirt lot). Having Richard’s plans for the house, and including them in the sale, created more value for the lot. We made the sale easily. The new owners began working with Telford+Brown immediately to refine the plans. I am sure our new neighbors will be as happy and proud of their new home as we are of our original Richard Brown home down the street. --- Dennis and Margret Fritz”
