“Knight Construction Design Inc. was a phenomenal company to work with during our home renovation project that impacted all levels of our house. The team did an amazing job working with us and our insurance company on all of the details of the project. In addition, they did exceptional work. Along the way, they gave us different options; highlighting the positives and negatives of each choice. They were prompt in their responses and provided excellent customer service to us throughout the project. They completed everything withing the timeline they provided and kept us informed along the way. Each of the individuals we interacted with were courteous, knowledgeable and great to work with. We would highly recommend Knight Construction Design Inc. for any home renovation project, large or small.”

“Bluestem completed a whole basement transformation (remodel) for me. After consulting other architects and contractors, they provided me with amazing design options within my budget. The results are fantastic and have changed the way I feel about my space. The Bluestem team and their partners were fantastic to work with. I worked from home (with two cats) and the team took care to make sure I had very minimal interruptions and mess. Each and every member of the Bluestem team has been fantastic! - All the carpenters were fantastic at their craft and enjoyable to have in my home each day. In fact, it felt like having handy friends coming in each day. - Stefanie, the designer was a joy to work with. She came in midway into the project and took little crumbs of thoughts I shared and turned them into a cohesive theme. Stefanie didn't miss a beat in turning the few unexpected impediments into opportunities - making the changes seem intentional. There were some staffing transitions during the project that caused some misalignment in our expectations and assumptions, but the team quickly worked to ensure that my needs were met. In fact, I always felt they were doing everything they could to make sure I was delighted. I would absolutely recommend Bluestem to others looking to do a small or large project.”

“We cannot say enough good things about SKD. We would highly recommend Steve and his team for your project. They can truly bring your vision to life. We have lived in our home for a few years now and are continually amazed at how wonderful every aspect of our home is. We feel so grateful to have a home that is so well thought out and beautifully designed. People always ask what our favorite part is and there are way too many to list. We continually find something to appreciate and love about our home. Entertaining and sharing our home with others is something we enjoy and our home is perfectly designed to make our guest feel at home and welcome. There is also plenty of fun to be had! The wish list we had was very tricky for our lot size to say the least. That challenge was met head on and Steve was able to create a four story home that encompassed our entire wish list and looks amazing! The overall floor plan could not be more perfect and our home is also filled with beautiful, well thought out architectural details.
