“A&G were initially booked (via The Page) to replace two bathrooms and a kitchen. However the workmanship by Andreii was so exceptional that the works were extended to install LVT flooring throughout, and a full redecoration. I essentially have a new house! From the initial site visit by Syed, who has a great methodical approach and provided excellent advice, through to completion, the whole project was handled extremely professionally with much appreciated attention to detail. Gintare ordered all the materials and appliances for me, and handled all the deliveries and admin. She’s fantastic at what she does, and it meant that there were no storage issues on site. I didn’t have to move out even for one night! Communication on the group WhatsApp worked great - nothing beats a positive attitude and a can-do approach. The team is both proactive and flexible. Andreii protected all furnishings and flooring like the pro he is, and meticulously cleaned up at the end of each day. The man is an artist both when it comes to bathroom/kitchen fitting and also for all the tiling. I would recommend A&G without hesitation - they were a pleasure to work with.”

“From the start Ali, and Issak in the office and Mark in the office and on site were approachable, helpful, honest and reassuring. They gave us a great initial design having listened to our brief and were happy to answer our myriad of questions without pressure. They gave us options to choose from for varying budgets and at no point did they push us into spending more than we could. We could be in touch at any point to ask questions and Issak set up a email steam that meant we could all keep track of our conversations and agreements over time which was very useful. Mark visited the site initially and very clearly went through what was possible and laid out the seen and unseen costs… very knowledgeable, professional and helpful… his guidance throughout the whole process was invaluable. Gregor and his team were allocated to do the renovating and they were absolutely excellent… punctual, professional, helpful, tidy, very knowledgeable and very hardworking. They communicated with us and the office team everyday and sought our input where we wanted specific position of things or ideas. Gregor would explain really well how and why things were being done and was clearly very proud of his and his team’s craftsmanship…. which we also very much appreciated! We are absolutely delighted with our bathroom which we have now been luxuriating in for a month… it has made life so much easier and better. The quality and finish are spot on and we are so glad we went with Indesign. Many thanks to the whole team and we would very happily recommend them to anyone! Helen & Debbie”

“We had structural repairs to the walls and staircase. I would have no hesitation to recommend this team. My structural engineer partner confirmed that the job was of a high quality standard which is good enough for me!”
