“NATURAL PATH IS THE BEST!!! Their work is STUNNING and Justin is a total joy. We’ve worked with several great contractors, but Justin stands out by far with his excellent communication. He took the time to understand what we wanted, made thoughtful suggestions, was always very responsive. It felt like we were a team working through the entire process from start to finish. Our old brick front steps were in rough shape and our front walkway needed an update badly. We went with solid granite steps and a small bluestone walkway with a cobblestone border. Justin suggested a larger platform to give us space to open the front door without needing to step down off the platform. At first I was worried the extra space would feel too large but I’m glad I listened to Justin’s recommendation. The steps and walkway are absolutely beautiful, they are the perfect size, and the larger platform makes opening the door much smoother. Justin and his team work hard. They were at our house around 6 am every day, they were thoughtful to not use loud tools too early, and finished on time and on budget. At the end of each day, we received an email update from Justin with a recap and plan for the next day. On top of all that, the entire team was so nice, they clearly enjoy what they do, and they create a beautiful end result. We love our new front steps and walkway. Natural path is now our go-to for anything hardscape, natural stone, pavers etc. We look forward to working with them again.”
