Mosaics and, within two days, received a thoughtful, professional, well-reasoned analysis of what the underlying problem was (free of charge). I have lived in my townhome for thirty years and the flagstones have failed three times. Marianne Kaplan advanced the sound opinion that the problem was not the flagstones themselves, nor the underlying geology, but rather the cement underlayment of the flagstones.
