“Found Randy's Electric through Houzz, received prompt response after referral was made. We just needed to convert 220 volt plug to 120 volt plug for a refrigerator in the basement. The technician was Jared Geurts. He was very courteous and professional. We are very pleased with the job and will use Randy's again if needed.”

“My experience with Lelch has been outstanding in all the phases I have worked with them. From the initial bid where they clearly itemized everything (one major competitor refused to do that), to their clear explanations of the options. I never felt pressured to be "sold up" to things I didn't need. The install was well coordinated and done on-time. They worked with my schedule to complete the training, and took the time to get things done right. I never felt the rush of the tech needing to get to the next job. Since the installation, like any system there are tweaks that are needed. I have found their responsiveness to amazing. I have spoken to techs over the phone, via chat, and through email. They have fixed problems either remotely, in-person, or walked me through the steps. I work in customer service so I have a very high standard, and honestly I can tell you that everyone I have worked with at Lelch is top notch. I would highly recommend them.”
