“When we purchase our new forever home in the Jacksonville area we gave ourselves a year to live in it and imagine what we’d like to refresh about our beautiful, but 20+ year old home. Having previously lived through various improvements separately, it was important to us to complete this large undertaking as a single project. After a delightful phone conversation with Katrina and an initial consultation with Katrina and Shelby we chose BeeTree Homes as our contractor. With confidence, we began our design phase and soon after the remodel began. We colaborated closely throughout our project with Shelby and Erin (our design team), Jeanann who designed our cabinetry, and Arron our construction foreman. Katrina and Chuck were always available to us when the need arose. I dare say that precious friendships have been built as well. Our project consisted of full reconfiguration/expansion and remodeling of the kitchen; Highend appliances, including a Wolf gas cooktop; walk-in pantry; refreshment bar; total makeovers of 3 bathrooms; floor-to-ceiling walnut cabinetry; consistent tile flooring throughout. Our home was retro fitted for our gas cooktop, LP log insert for the fireplace, tankless water heating as well as auxiliary propane power and more. The scope of the makeover necessitated us to vacate the premises for approximately 9 months. We decided to move back in our home while the final few months of work were being completed. All told the whole of the project was about a year long. Our Home is stunning, warm and reflecting of our eclectic tastes. We look forward to many joyful gatherings in the years to come.”
