“Erik, Lesa, Claire, Sam and the rest of the team have been a pleasure to work with. What started as a dream in 2014, turned in to our reality after completion of our custom home. Despite a couple false starts (on our end), a million questions, last minute change orders, and unforeseen additions by the district, the entire Lacey team was nothing but patient, supportive, and collaborative with us. We had never built a home before and had no idea what to expect; we were very nervous…. But we were always met with kindness and support throughout the entire process. It is the little details that make Lacey Construction so special- the ground breaking champagne toast; connecting with our new neighbors pre-build to provide a point of contact for concerns; some after hours and weekend site visits because we couldn’t get time off work; the thoughtful housewarming gift; and the offer to just “text anytime” with questions…. And that is all on top of the high quality craftsmanship that is our dream home! We are so happy that we were able to have Erik and his team build our home, and we would do it again, and again, and again. Thank you so much!”

“Craig, his crew and the subcontractors he used were all very professional and quality oriented. Craig is very good at communicating deadlines and he listened to us. He and the designer, Nicole Staron, worked closely together to give us the floor plan we wanted. We were able to do our entire project, including replacing the 1890’s vintage staircase, without expanding the footprint of our house or substantially altering our existing floor plan. They are creative problem solvers which is necessary when you remodel a nineteenth century home.”
