“JAS completed a huge domestic project for us in 2023 in Fishponds including a loft conversion with dormer to create a master bedroom with en-suite and a large rear extension including a new super room with a kitchen, dining area and lounge space, plus downstairs toilet and laundry room with bi-fold doors across the back. We are now 2 years on and this transformation of our family home has been life changing. All work was done to a superb standard with a thoughtful kitchen design that we love using and high quality finishes across the project that look as good today as when the project completed in Autumn 2023. JAS kept to time and budget and Tony who led the team working on our site was outstanding, ensuring every part of the project was done to the highest standard exactly how we wanted it, whilst keeping our home habitable for the family during these huge works. The team were on site every day on time and always left the site clean and tidy. Sam was helpful and communicative as project manager so any changes to costs were transparent and clear with an app to help us track the project progress and invoicing. We are delighted with our building project, JAS turned our 1930s semi into our dream home.”
